And out of those 8 highly selected items did the owners make a profit?

Why did you not also include all the items that people said would never work and never did work?

Perhaps the company chief financial officer, non board appointment, or the company secretary can explain why the company hasn't updated it's significant shareholders listing? This should be at least every six months to comply with Aim regulations.

Will the Chairman be buying any shares in the company? Unless you can show a RNS showing otherwise then doesn't he hold nil shares? Does this show much confidence in the product and above all in the company have a riding share price?

Some things people said would never work:-

1, The Television
2, The computer
3, Aeroplanes
4, Cars
5, Mobile telephones
6, Post-it-notes
7, The Light Bulb
8, The Telephone

They would all look a little silly now wouldn't they!

Just think if you had bought shares in those companies when they were at the stage PHE are (commercialisation).

I rest my Case.

I looked at this a couple of years ago and concluded it was bad science and uninvestable, I haven’t changed my mind.

Just walk away.

Seriously.

I am not sure how you extrapolate from 'extenuating personal circumstances' which is a bit of a catch all phrase and 'attending to personal matters in the US' to being 'serious family issues'.

Perhaps, and if you all have more knowledge of KA's extenuating personal circumstances you should share it with everyone.

KA also said ' become clear more recently that we require a seasoned commercial and professional manager at the helm of the company.'

That's not consistent with resigning for personal reasons, that is only consistent with resigning because you were no longer fit for the job. Its a very strange comment to make and wholly unnecessary really.

As usual Phe cannot even get this right.

Tenapen - an ISA is a wrapper whether it be for cash or shares, it is not an investment. Seems you have a lot of catching up to do on the basics and hence your twisted view that all stock investments must be gambles to find a bagger.

Surely the roulette wheel, one arm bandits and the gee-gees all offer better prospects by your way of thinking.

That Paul Warwick was played well. He must be feeling desperate now. Typical lemming mushroom. They fall for it every time.

Another matter of concern is they have absolutely no patent protection and the CEO has just left presumably with a full knowledge of the design and operation details. He did say in a Q&A he thought they would be copied at some point. I wonder what he had in mind.
