Unfortunately too many AIM companies are about keeping them alive for as long as possible to meet the living expenses of their management and keep the gravy train going. This is not speculation but fact and is borne out by the history of the market

They list on AIM rather than staying private because its easy to gain access to funds from punters willing to gamble. If I had ground-breaking technology I would keep as much of it myself as possible ala the GAFA's - here we have the opposite- KA had no stake until eventually he was forced to buy a fgew back up his promises.

AIM is one big mis-allocation of resources so all those that bark on about saving the planet should keep this in mind.

Perhaps Linesal2 could post about how many shares still need to be issued to Waste2Tricity in accordance with its 2017 agreement?

Also, how many hours and how much electricity has been generated by the unit at Chester linked to the micro grid?

All positive information of benefit to all stakeholders.

Mr Warwick, whilst I will support you in the face of unnecessary and nasty personal attacks I see no reason why in a democratic society that I am not fully entitled to express my view on the commercial potential of Phe's unit and on its past track record which on both counts is undeniably dismal.

I am also very comfortable that any negative views that I express are in no way positively correlated to the share price of Phe and to its chances of commercial success.

As I have said before, I have offered an alternative view, it may well have been incorrect but had investors seen merit in it they would be in a much better position than they are now.

Surely as an ex IFA you can appreciate this: I do wonder how many high risk AIM listed companies you promoted to your client base. I suspect none.

Lagos- if you can not defend your aggressive negative stance on PHE then I request you do not post any further on this board as any post from this day forth would be in anticipation to cause damage to power house energy/ their shareholders and/or their reputation.

Lagos- so why are you posting on here?- you obviously have an agenda that is clear to all but why?

WHAT IS YOUR AGENDA? WHY DO YOU INSIST ON RUNNING THE COMPANY DOWN?
I 100% anticipate no answers as you are an UN-trustworthy poster.
I still hold a significant holding.

So let everyone know the truth (if you have the minerals).

PowerHouse Energy Group Plc was incorporated on 28th February 2000, by my reckoning that means its been in existence for more than a decade - indeed I was overly kind to KA and the gang.

The fact is in 18 years its produced absolutely nothing and there are no signs of that changing given it is still worth close to absolutely b nothing.

Report me to the FCA on what grounds ! More amazing that you are allowed to run around posting dodgy inside information and blue sky ramps.

I don't leak inside information - merely express a view which to date if followed would have benefited investors. You can always buy back in.

Now run along and start behaving like an adult.

"unmitigated disaster"

LOL

You can realy paint a picture, take up fiction writing ! you should stay away from the non-fiction as facts are not your strong point ! phe have not been in going for "a decade" let alone "over a decade", but then you will have known that !.

There is a massive disconnect between the potential for a hydrogen economy and the ability of Phe to be part of that.

One should be asking, if the potential for a hydrogen economy is so good, which I am not disputing, why is Phe still only valued at peanuts. You are arguing against yourself.

There is no evidence to support that Phe can tackle the waste to plastic plastic/ rubber problem and again if there were why would it still be valued at peanuts.

Change over night, now you really are havin-a-laugh - Phe has been playing its little games for over a decade.

Its unfunded, unloved and a busted flush. Its CEO has jumped ship leaving a trail of RNS's to raise funding, and failed promises behind him.

It is an unmitigated disaster by any measure.

In the past years Hydrogen was seen as a possibility but countries were not willing to fund it, Now things have dramatically changed in the world and the funding is coming from countries wanting zero emissions.
Hydrogen will be the super fuel of the future, with PHE they can tackle the waste plastic/rubber as well!

Don't think things will change over night but things are changing and once the UK start funding it the pace will quicken. AIMHO

Last week, HES announced its plans to begin associating on-site hydrogen generation with fuel cell powered unmanned aircraft across a network of hydrogen-ready airports, in preparation for larger-scale electric aircraft such as Element One. HES is now in discussion with industrial-scale hydrogen producers to explore energy-efficient refueling systems using renewable solar or wind energy produced locally.

The world is going Hydrogen..

Lagosboy, I believe you are right in your most recent post; 3% threshold for notifications and percentage point increase or decreases. Mcap not a factor.

This is for you two moaners lagosboy and nelson. Here is a reply to my welcome message to potential connections on LinkedIn. This is why I am confident we have a great future and that we will really make a difference to our friends across the planet. You can mock and moan all you like. It's just a shame I didn't start helping three years ago. But I believe it is all coming together now. I know this won't change your views you are entitled to them as the past has been an issue I can't disagree with that. Hi Paul Its great to see your passion and I am really interested to talk with you. It is an interesting time for various reasons at this end. I am running a training course for the next few days but hopefully we can speak next week. Please feel free to send me any info you may think would be useful or if you prefer we can talk first.I hope I can help make your dream a reality for all our sakes. RegardsRon

It is approximation as it doesn't appear that the shares are issued each month.

Instead there appears to be periodic batches of multiple months' shares issued.

A holding of 3% or more in any class of AIM security (excluding treasury shares) and any increase or decrease in such holding through any single percentage point.

I don't believe is Market cap relevant ?

Will be interesting to see the significant shareholders list with W2T having its £20,000 monthly fees being paid by the issue of PHE shares on a monthly basis, with half not being sold until commercial project achieved.

So roughly 24 months X £10,000= £240,000.

Market cap is £8m and 3% minimum disclosure threshold would be £240,000.
