This is the third leaked information I am aware of. The first two were used for placing to keep the lights on. Not suggesting they need more cash having only raised recently but the tactics here are concerning to me anyway.

Its a shambles and would not be surprised if a major shareholder, and we all know who is behind it as part of his personal crusade to promote Phe.

I note the wording on the Toyota tie up has also been tweaked somewhat.

Actual patents - are 'actual' patents different to normal patents ?

Process of being filed is that te same as having been filed.

Surely the filing of patents (plural) is more deserving of an RNS than some of the other tripe that is released, unless of course they are not quite what one would hope for.

I'm assuming so eldermon - Sunday Examiner is a Hong Kong publication. A bit poor to get that wrong in the rns. I like the bit about ip patents in process of being filed though.

I've been trapped in these for too many years already. The Bod have pee'd me off many times ! but i got to question thier loyalty to present shareholders. Why could they not leave thier RNS responce until mid morning ? and so giving a chance for the people who take the time to follow PHE to buy before the MM start playing thier games.

Not impressed .... again.

Very few people in the media report information, they report data and leave the rest of us to process it!
But it does promote a debate and raises the brand, rather than reporting nothing and disappearing into oblivion.

And the reporter should make sure he knows what he is talking about.

You guys need to stop seeing the glass as half empty,We need to get the word around and whoever has leaked it (internal in my opinion) is doing it for good reasons not detrimental. I see there was no affirmation regarding the intellectual property on the W2T site?

Spawny, There is no such thing as bad publicity! especially from a main stream.
Suck it up it is all good!
The data in the paper has come from somewhere and is most likely true- Leaks are a major factor in Business.
Mark my words an RNS stating the media will follow soon, Timing is always the problem, Toyota probably stipulated it is to be announced when they say not W2T. Now W2T are covering there bottoms :-)

All a bit messy for me and I am beginning to wonder if I dislike the W2T involvment.

Update on W2T site.:

Waste2Tricity notes an article in today's Sunday Express and wishes to clarify some points:
The article correctly states plastic bags can be converted to hydrogen, however it must be noted that the system can convert all un-recyclable plastics.
W2T is not the owner of the technology but is the exclusive developer for certain countries, including the UK and Japan, for the PowerHouse Energy Group (AIM PHE) DMG system.
The company is commencing commercial discussions with Toyota but there is no agreement in place as yet.
25 tonnes of un-recyclable plastic could power a family hydrogen car for 160,000 miles as well as producing surplus electricity for grid export.

Well Guy's I think we are about to witness the Phoenix first flight, momentum is building (finally awareness to the masses is here). Enjoy the ride, If you have the nerve to keep on board, see you in the stars as there will not be any stopping once it starts! IMHO..
I would expect RNS VV Soon with Media content corroborated.

I must say I don't like the way that W2T are stealing the credit and without even mentioning PHE.

Are they basically speaking on behalf of themselves and PHE together as a team, or suggesting that this is their baby?
