It should fall below .5p as PHE is in the exact same position now as it was before the placing, except there are now more shares, therefore each share is worth less than it was.
Hopefully the money raised will make the company more valuable, but as some one pointed out, that amount of money isn't going to do much other than cover wages

lagosboy, you are going on about this as if it was the first meeting that they have had. If you were paying attention you would know that there have been lots of meetings already, you would know that Toyota have been working on due diligence so clearly they have been in discussions before now.

The difference is that PHE have now been invited to enter into commercial discussions. That is the next level.

What is it that you don't understand about this?

You seem to have just contradicted yourself - advanced commercial discussions can surely only take place by way of an initial meeting to agree a strategy.

KA as you point out has indicated the initial meeting was likely to happen in early December.
Hs it happened, what's the strategy?

It is not "a formal invitation to a meeting", the RNS says "...it has received a formal invitation from Toyota Tsusho Corporation of Japan to engage in advanced commercial discussions..."

...commercial discussions... is more than just a meeting.

In an interview KA said that the meetings were likely to start in early December. You may have missed that interview.

Regarding PW, I very much doubt that he has changed his mind. He has raised about £30k which is hardly selling out. Bear in mind that he doesn't have any other income stream, so he will need to sell a few shares from time to time to live on. And anyway, it's none of my business, nor yours, whatever he wants to do with his shares.

Most negative posters I failed to listen to had NO investment in the company because they did not believe the story! Precisely what motivates them to post with no skin in the game long or short is an open question though...
