05/12/2018 15:59 | You read it how you like. I'm sure he was talking in terms of funding the DMGs not the company. Nobody with sane thought wouldn't be expecting another placing ahead of commercial venture. A quick look through the RNSs will tell you this. | slartybartfaster
05/12/2018 15:03 | slartybart - It is hard to have a lot of confidence in the veracity of a lot of the lemming article when his main thrust was that there was no need for dilutive placings - "Furthest away from the table, and perhaps in another building altogether, is death spiral shareholder funding, via a rights or placing." and then on the next trading day we had a dilutive placing. | spawny100
05/12/2018 13:53 | Oh well - Uncle Keith raised his money that will keep him in work for next 6 months and offset his investment. | lagosboy
05/12/2018 13:23 | Looks like the sells may have dried up, with buyers now coming back :o) | greyseal
03/12/2018 21:39 | namruts, i know the lemming blogger, the guy knows his onions, as he like to call it. Sometimes they take time for the whole picture to emerge. One thing is for sure, Elrico takes the time to speak to bod and reports back with facts. PHE is one commercial signature from becomes a serious multi bagger. Will it be Toyota or one of the waste management companies? Do we care which is first? One things for sure, Toyota know they will increase their margins if they are able to negotiate preferential rates for hydrogen. Thats a brilliant first mover position for PHE to be in, a point i think the article lemming have published make quite well. | slartybartfaster
03/12/2018 15:21 | Toyota make cars, not hydrogen. There is more than one way to produce hydrogen, so I would not expect Toyota to get involved in buying one of those companies, but it seems that they are prepared to do business with more than one, because I believe that they are already involved with ITM which produces hydrogen by electrolysis. Toyota do business with a lot of companies who produce a lot of different things, but that doesn't mean that they want to buy out all of their suppliers. | vatnabrekk
03/12/2018 14:56 | If Toyota believed this technology they would simply buy PHE. Toyota are serious about hydrogen and PHE would cost peanuts in the grand scheme of things. I am not de ramping as I dont want back in I consider myself lucky to be out with my money back. Time will tell if mine was the right move. I will continue to monitor the company as I genuinely hope they make a success of this for the planets sake. | coldspring
03/12/2018 14:42 | I do not see why PHE raising money is of any relevance to Toyota....other than PHE is now in a stronger position to negotiate any deal! Speculation that Toyota will be upset by the fund raising is just that.....ridiculous speculation by derampers! All the evidence points towards PHE being in a strong position with regard to getting various deals. Nobby | nobbygnome
03/12/2018 13:56 | Investing is not a religion. It is not based on faith. It is based on facts and figures. Kieth offers none of these. A good point is raised about Toyota being used by this shady unit.I am sure they will be displeased and would likely want no further involvement (if there was even any to begin with). I may be wrong and hope I am but... "This game is full of gangsters"- juju44 | gimmethefax
03/12/2018 13:43 | Its a pre commercial company on aim, of course it will need placings you tit. Its not rocket science. Give your self a sweet! | slartybartfaster
03/12/2018 11:53 | I wonder who exercised options with a tie in period. | cmackay
03/12/2018 11:42 | Seems to me that the situation has been managed brilliantly by KA and his team. | vatnabrekk

03/12/2018 10:26 | But but there can't be a placing....all those posts about no share placings and the many types of finance available to the company. | nelson5100
03/12/2018 10:04 | This was a great opportunity to top up which I did at 0.56. Price will settle down during the week and will increase on news. | superbarnet
03/12/2018 08:57 | The Align research note if it can loosely be called that and the Toyota meeting announcement were as correctly flagged up on here by a few, purely to pump up the price to enable Turner Pope Phe to be able to offer a heavily discounted price to its punters. Three observations 1) If the Toyota hook up was anything like what is being presented surely they should be paying or premium or more sensibly Phe should be able to secure a line of credit to facilitate the Mousetraps completion. 2)Clearly Phe should have waited until after the meeting to consider making any announcements. It might just end up as one big see-ya-later or give us a call when you actually have something. 3)£650,000 plus £50,000 - that's peanuts for what is needed here and just about covers KA bonus and expense account for 6 months. On the one hand you have this ground breaking technology with global giants knocking at your door and on the other financing is by way of discounted pump and dump, because you can be sure TP's clients will be getting out at the first opportunity. We have seen it all before. | lagosboy

03/12/2018 08:42 | How many lemmings got suckered in, by slarty's reference to elrico and his lemmingsinvesters.bl hxxps://lemminginves Elrico quote "During my conversation with Keith, one of the standout comments was regarding the roll-out and operation of the DMG; he confirms his previous assurance PowerHouse “have funding for the planning and permitting of the first 5 units.” Furthermore, Howard White of Waste2Tricity also confirmed, funding isn't an issue for the company or PowerHouse shareholders." | coiin stein
