So barchart have top 1% on strength as well as direction, which is the strongest buy signal they have.

The last time I saw that was for Tern over the summer when they rose from 2p to 57p. If I remember correctly they got the top 1% double status at around 14p, but I might be wrong. It was definitely in the first half of the rise though, and I'm sure it was in the teens.

It's not even accurate: a) where did you get the insolvency bit from, and b) why would they not be able to get a placing if they wanted to?

Toyota could give £50m to PHE to fund construction of the first commercial unit and the bashers here would still find some angle to criticise it from.

A great day and tie up with Toyota is just what PHE needed.Strong demand will be established over the next few trading days resulting in a more realistic M/C. Yes we will always get the derampers as we do the rampers, and at the end of the day it is up to the individual to decide on their trading strategy.I firmly believe this is due a rerating and may well see between 3-5p.DYOR

I would be very careful here.

Ask yourself why Phe would RNS that it was having a meeting with Toyota Tsusho when surely the correct approach would be to hold the meeting and then issue an RNS if anything positive came out of the meeting.

Phe must be running on fumes and that calls for throwing the kitchen sink at getting a deeply discounted Placing away.

Anyway at least it gave holders of circa 50 million shares an opportunity to exit, no doubt gleefully accepted.

So my last prediction was correct resistance at 0.65. Should be interesting end of the week would imagine we could go as far at 0.9 with this potential. I think a 15mill -20mill market cap would be fair value.

I can get a quote of 0.635 for my entire holding, so that would appear to suggest that a placing is not being forward sold imho
