For those who don't follow so closely, these are the Onunda directors:

I only recognise the White name but of course can't confirm that he's anything to do with the Whites here, although I have to say I'm not a great believer in coincidence in these circumstances.

It really feels like a skirmish in the battle for control, but if so, how can it not be a group of bald men fighting over a comb?

The plot thickens!

:¬))

vatna - 'Mitchell Dryers'? I must have missed something along the way. Give us a clue...

tenapen, I don't believe that Andrew White has anything to do with Howard White, just a coincidence. However, there are several GetGo directors who were directors of Mitchell Dryers. Is that a coincidence?

One of their 7 directors goes by the name Andrew white. Surely a coincidence and not related to the 17% shareholding family - whites. They used to hold more powerhouse energy shares Mmmmmm ! Interesting to see Howard white now holds less than 1% = 0.74% to be correct mmmmmmm !

Holder Amount Percentage
White Family* consisting of: – 743,757,099 17.86%
* Josh White 307,785,185 7.39%
* Ben White 190,741,532 4.58%
* Serena White-Reyes 214,584,086 5.15%
* Howard White 30,646,296 0.74%

So GetGo are proceeding with their claim. I must say that surprises me, as I cannot understand how they can have a genuine claim on the patent. Are they deliberately trying to put hurdles in the way of PHE? This court action will be costing them a lot of money, so they must be serious.

Today is the day either get-go get going or get lost. Positive result for PHE is surely an additional lift to sp?

One day Rodder's .......

We know it's taken sooooo long and the past directors have taken the P*SS out of shareholders. But we look forward as the past has gone. If you don't fancy PHE look elsewhere - there are lots out there.

In Paul Emmitt we trust.

From the perspective of PHE, I regard these events as just another stage in the journey of a company which is developing and protecting proprietary technology which is sufficiently exciting to attract the attention of others who can see that it holds value."

This is the important bit: "The Company understands that, if GetGo decides to pursue the Claim, service has to take place within four months from the date of filing, i.e. by 6 February 2024"

So let's see what tomorrow brings.

No worries - thanks for the link - they usually appear on the advfn feed, but I couldn't see it.

It was this: 'I believe its action is intended to "soften" PHE as the targeted party before a follow-on approach on something unrelated' that interested me and I thought there might be some colour in the full document.

Sounds like somebody's hatching something. Sadly unlikely to be a working commercial waste to power system :¬(

tenapen - doesn't seem to be in the list of RNSs - got a link?

vatna - 'the journey of a company which is developing and protecting proprietary technology which is sufficiently exciting to attract the attention of others who can see that it holds value' - talking about you! :¬)

Obviously vexatious, but why bother for a moribund little company like phe that's been doing nothing for literally decades but transferring shareholder money to insiders' pockets?

The Company understands that, if GetGo decides to pursue the Claim, service has to take place within four months from the date of filing, i.e. by 6 February 2024, and that timescales then apply for delivering to the Company the Claimant's detailed Particulars of Claim.

Antony Gardner-Hillman, Chairman of PHE, commented:

"As regards the European Patent Office Communication, I am advised by our patent attorneys there is no significance in this and that it is a normal procedural step when entitlement proceedings have been commenced in respect of a patent.

As regards the proceedings themselves, we do not foresee any impact on PHE's ongoing work or interference with the company's business. We will deal with this as an ordinary day-to-day challenge of a kind I have seen and dealt with successfully before in my career, acting in the appropriate way and with due regard. I do not know the claimant company and I believe its action is intended to "soften" PHE as the targeted party before a follow-on approach on something unrelated. We shall wait and see whether this is the case and we shall respond accordingly. In the meantime, the Company has filed a claim for defence legal costs indemnity under its Intellectual Property insurance policy and is in the process of instructing IP litigation solicitors. Whether or not the Claimant's actions are strategic and for a peripheral purpose, we will be well positioned to respond appropriately.

From the perspective of PHE, I regard these events as just another stage in the journey of a company which is developing and protecting proprietary technology which is sufficiently exciting to attract the attention of others who can see that it holds value."

They definitely won't build and certify a full size commercial system in 2024 or 2025, and maybe not in 2026, and it could need another £30m+ to do it.Enjoy the passage of time and ongoing dilution. Lemmings and mushrooms only .
