Your track record is not exactly fantastic you have said this will go bust for years now and we are still here we are just about to prove the technology to the wider community the investing community et al

For some reason you don't want this exciting new disruptive technology to work but you will not admit why you are really so against PHE succeeding

Yet now you are changing your tune it's no longer going to zero now it's only 60 to 80% overvalued yet you have always stated that it is going to zero

Why the sudden change of heart

Penny beginning to drop that they might just actually have something that can be commercial even you now say earnings in three years before you stated they would never earn a penny again a change of heart

I think you doth protest to much !!!!!

So for the naysayers

To help me as I'm clueless.

What does the PHE kit look like, component by component, process by process how does it work. Then how does it differ or not from any other similar tech out there. Have you been and seen the kit in action and discussed each part, what hurdles or challenges they may need to overcome and so on.

If there are viewable patents can you explain the differences between the technology please and why PHE is a dud when going through the various points above compared to others.

Just because one process does or doesn't work it doesn't mean other similar processes will achieve success or failure.

I know that for sure while looking through the graphene industry and imo its reasonable to assume with new technology small changes can make a big difference.

BTW Apple are to use Samsung to supply some phone screens.

"Apple has reportedly ordered 70 million OLED panels from Samsung Tuesday, 4 Apr 2017"

They all look the same to me but clearly Samsung must have something Apple doesn't and wants.

I see some post saying it's going to zero.

Well if the performance criteria is met for that partner and they roll out units it won't will it.

Daft comments Imo and the tech will determine the level of interest. If the tech is or proves viable then logic suggests there will be an uptake. The UK has power issues and currently forecast power shortages as far as I'm aware hence the diesel generator feed in tariff plan. But then diesel engines are getting bad press now etc etc etc.

So I get Warwick's excitement if PHE break out into material interest for their tech.

As it's an evolving technology, such companies tweak the process all the time for better performance or to overcome obstacles.

It takes balls to go in that big but what a result for him if it pays off. That's how entrepreneurs have made their millions and billions, going in early on something they believe in. There will be failures on the way usually many of them but the successful ones got there in the end. Few in number, but if it was that easy we'd all be rich.

There are a multitude of what you might call "required chains" when looking at small caps:
The widget must work (or the resource usable), there must be a requirement for it, people must see that requirement and have money to pay for it, the widget must be new or different, PI in the widget must not be owned by others, there must not be or seen to be a better/cheaper alternative widget/resource, it must not be easily copyable, investors and/or the founder must have enough capital to develop and produce the widget/resource and stay solvent until sales are funding the company's existence, there must be resources for the components, infrastructure for transport of machinery, parts and products, appropriate labour, local laws, politics and/religion must not be against the widget, the management must have sufficient good health and the ability/wisdom to understand the widget, manage their people, relate to investors, sell the widget, change gear and approach when the company grows in size, and on and on. The value/availabity of the widget/resource is/are sometimes seen only by the founder, in which case the investor relies less on their own judgement of the value of the widget/resource, but on the wisdom/capacity of the founder, i.e. their own knowledge of people. Given we are humans and so prefer to believe in good news not bad, you need a cool head and willingness to see bad news coming, as well as good. The Duke of Wellington said, when asked what was the most important characteristic of a successful general, "to be ready and willing to retreat when necessary, and to dare to do it."

Warwick

Just trying to help sitting on the fence.

The market rarely if ever looks at such news on such small caps and if they do generally have no idea what the company does so have no understanding of the tech or company. The same can be said of many PIs.

So looking at the news from that point of view.

"delighted to announce a collaboration agreement with a UK partner"

"Subject to achieving certain performance milestones of the G3-UHt demonstration unit sited at Thornton Science Park and to entering into an option to lease land to site the units"

"the partner has committed two tranches of funding of up to £500,000 in aggregate to meet the cost of preparing and funding applications for planning permission and environmental permits of the initial demonstration unit and first five PHE Waste-to-Energy G3-UHt systems."

"we look forward to the public demonstration of the G3-UHt system in the coming period."

So it's subject to hitting certain performance milestones and having done that getting the planning permission.

So it's no deal if the milestones aren't hit.

That's what the punters see, that's what it says. Then it's just 2 tranches of £500k with no doubt a lot more behind that if it all goes well but it says £500k.

Just a case of separating what you know from what the news says to someone clueless.

Then for those not clueless they will say, as already stated here, plenty of others with similar tech, some better and some failing. That's their view.

Typically I find the average PI on ADVFN hasn't got the clue about what they are really invested in. They don't do research at all.

So sitting on the fence it's only of interest if the first milestones are passed. As for planning that can be followed online, but the key point is the milestones.

Then in so many cases, AIMs have such news, certain criteria to be met and then it all goes wrong. Take QFI and the issues with the main player there. It was around a £400 million M/C company at one point with £7k of revenue in the last 5 years.

A few companies like that in recent years have made PIs very cautious and in some cases skint.

The attraction here is a very low M/C v the potential. £5m M/C currently and I note your £100m expectations which is 20 fold.

If the milestones are hit the if its still at £5 mill. Then I wouldn't expect the market to open it 100% up which is only £10 mill and a 10 bagger in your eyes with less risk.

The more the risk drops the more people are prepared to invest.

As you seem very confident just chill and don't worry about the share price. £100 mill is a bit of a way off and you can smile at the doubters if all goes well. There is no point trying to convert them or convince PIs. Don't forget most are simply chasing whatever is moving.
