The 280,430,920 shares to be issued to Hill Grove Investments Pty Ltd
("Hillgrove") pursuant to the previously announced loan note conversion are
expected to be issued and admitted to trading on AIM in due course. Once these
shares are issued to Hillgrove the debenture on the Company's assets will be
released. The shares to be issued to Hillgrove will be locked in for a period
of 12 months following admission.

Pump over 1p and dump in order to get out, who? the ones in the "know".

1p is the ceiling here.

Another day where we have more buys than sells this is quite a theme at the moment and one reason why it appears to me MM have falsely marked the share price down

Volume buyers will be sniffing all over this as the story grows and more find out that a multi billion company is happy to give PHE £500,000 free money because they really like what they are doing MM are worried imho

Sometimes you just have to trust in your instincts and go with itMy investment is looking safer and safer with each piece of news But I have first hand evidence of the games the MM community get up to to stifle and control share prices for their own endsAnd you are right I am no fantasist I know this is real money but MM treat it like a game of poker

Shavian I know I have broken every rule in the book as I am in fact a retired only last month Chartered Financial Planner But I do have a good lifetime pension from a final salary scheme and with state pension in about 7 years I will be more than comfortable also have nice big house!I have been following PHE for many many years and have invested not only a lot of money but also a lot of time getting to know the market the problems and the opportunities as well as getting to meet the Directors and their advisors! And I am pretty confident that they have a fantastic product and solution for a very real world issueThey only need to get traction in a tiny tiny part of this industry to create a very big companyAnd the bigger slice I can eek out the more me and my families future will be secure for life

Warwick, I don't have you down as a fantasist or story-teller, I have no evidence to support that. I just think you are a bit of a nut-case if you have ALL your money tied up in one highly speculative share. Eggs and baskets, and all that. No offence meant, old chap/lady.

Someone's worried down in the city! I have a sneaky feeling the market makers and broker friends around the city probably thought or got wind that we might need said placing and they have been getting a bit short and trying to knock Share price as low as possible to benefit from a lower priced placing? But the recent news as thrown a massive spanner in their dastardly plan now they are in a bit of a pickle? How do they get the stock? So plan B they have to make the share price look as weak as they can they need a concerted effort at spreading some doubt and negativity into the market or this great piece of news could really scupper them if it started a buying frenzy! So the word will go round to try and absorb and slow the buying pressure and create the ususal disappointment of many AIM stocks on good news? Then the recent new buyers and some long termers will throw in the towel and they can drop the price and create a little bit more panic! You know what the traders are like they always sell when it's falling they are such easy prey for the superior Market Makers!, and their ego's That's the meetings and conversations I imagine have been happpening in the pubs and restaurants of the city spivs domain They must be really worried that more good news like certification granted or confirmation of the imminent demo day or let's say an early issue of accounts allowing Directors to buy shares, which I am very confident is wanted? Now this would cause a big short squeeze at the city spivs naked short positions a real scramble for stock? Now the negs will all be out in force trying to paint me as a complete fantasist and story teller ! Just watchReply | Recommend | Report

No shavian that would be a sell I posted just before that you could sell 1.5 million at .7801 demo a seller and the .767 was a sell could still sell loads at .767 at close Why should I post my share portfolio all my holdings are in PHE and it's been RNS as required 13.6%

Retired widow who will be very comfortably off in the future as this company grows from a difficult past into a global waste energy giant

Even you will be apologising for getting it so wrong

Income generating within 12 to 18 months not the three years you suggest

The Share price will reflect that in the coming months
