03/2/2015 12:10 | Did you get back into these Skyship ? I have done well with it. Timing for sure but these are listed on Toronto and NYSE. I hold on NYSE but unless I have got it wrong in one particular respect it suggests to me holding as such you might have a built in currency hedge. US dollar high Canadian low and vice versa. But it's a bit of a brain teaser and have yet to sit down and think that aspect throughly through. | 4spiel
29/1/2011 12:55 | A three for one split coming in Feb, should help make the share more tradable. Watching for now but some good figures just announced... | pip_uk
18/8/2010 10:50 | i think we will see $160 | pro_better
18/8/2010 08:43 | Well, got that one wrong - held off too long. That's the fourth time this year I've been caught out of one of my key holdings when a bid or an oil find announced....Ah well, that's the nature of this business.... The BHP bid is $130; the share price has moved to $147....where will it end....$155/$160 perhaps | skyship
05/7/2010 14:15 | Well, here we are @ $90, but the chart suggests this could well be headed down to the Dec'08 lows, so will hold off for now... | skyship
11/6/2010 16:35 | Watching POT, but it seems to me that these are headed back to the $90 level: | skyship
05/2/2010 16:33 | i am looking at it :) | pro_better
05/2/2010 16:30 | Pro Better.... You could also look at SKR. I'ta very tempting at the current price. | ted32

02/12/2009 16:43 | For better or worse decided to take $126 for POT - a 15% gain on the share price + a 10% currency gain - that'll do me as I want to build up cash; though have bought the agriculture ETF - "AGAP" with part of the proceeds. At 402p I think there could be 25% in that over the next year... | skyship
18/6/2009 07:39 | FWIW: Warren Buffet is loaded with POT and agricalture related stocks..... | pro_better
18/6/2009 07:37 | News of weak demand for potash | jimcar
12/5/2009 17:45 | VERY Bullish - share price breaking through the 200day MA: | skyship
12/5/2009 17:41 | Well - it pulled back to $110 - then>>>>>>>>>>>$117 & looking GOOD. | skyship
04/5/2009 17:03 | $112 in Canada - there will be plenty of buyers looking & hoping for a slight pullback - so it may not happen.... | skyship
01/5/2009 16:46 | I bought at the wrong time a fortnight ago - but it has been good to see the uptrend confirmed as we bounced off the 90s. Pattern highly encouraging. | skyship
23/4/2009 10:13 | POT Q1 earnings out today........... | ashbox
13/4/2009 11:51 | Just come across your post Skyship, not much action on this thread. I bought some after reading an article a few weeks ago in Money Week ,and it made a strong case for the company. I bought a 100 shares at an average price of £54 and am showing a profit of £360 at the moment.I am VERY comfortable to hold for the medium to long term. Can`t claim to have your knowledge on charts Skyship but it appears to have a lot going for it. Every body needs to eat and there are many more mouths to feed in the world. Their web site is great and very comprehensive, everything you need to know. I do like the one fact highlighted, that is the cost to a newcomer of starting a Potash mine from scratch, a great deal of money. They are expecting things to turn for the better towards the end of the year. Hope you climb aboard and enjoy researching this company. I did post on MW about this share a few weeks ago. Cheers. | pip_uk
13/4/2009 11:21 | Placed that guess into my Monitor - et voila. Have been half looking at Potash & Mosaic since hearing on Bloomberg that George Soros bt into MOS; and also reading the coverage in MW. Chart here looking pretty irresistible - with action end April into May as the 50day MA has a chance to make a bullish X with the falling 200day MA. Think I'll buy with a target of $150 and a $92 stoploss, as a fall through that level would suggest a re-challenge of the Dec'08 low at $62 - currently a pretty bizarre thought! | skyship
13/4/2009 11:02 | PIP & ASH - Could you post the EPIC for POT in Canada pls...TSE:POT perhaps!? | skyship |
