20/6/2007 11:17 | well I've just topped up with another 10k at 39p in the hope that we are at or close to the bottom and that when sentiment returns (as per January 2006) we could see a sharp rebound. | ![]() callumross
19/6/2007 11:54 | not many transactions ... therefore presume just being marked down as a few sellers (and even fewer buyers).... perhaps some sellers ditching it as no 'action' and they feel better returns available elsewhere.... | don muang
19/6/2007 09:16 | Anyone any thoughts on why this is tanking? | ![]() argyle underclap
08/6/2007 21:40 | union, you can delete the (expired) warrants from the header now if you want. I was pleased to make money from them, but I don't really want to be reminded of them. I will keep an eye on the ordinaries, though. | ![]() chopsy
10/5/2007 11:46 | Don't think so as it's a research grant.... but one possibility might be that PYF give a 'discount' on any subsequent US Gov orders .... and assume they will have to share some of the research details but not the actual patents .... (this is just a guestimate) | don muang
10/5/2007 11:12 | Don Will the company have to pay back the funding to the US Government? M | milacs
10/5/2007 06:12 | DOE's grant is back .... every $2m helps even though plenty of liquid funds available already to keep 'em going until revenue streams materialize....... Polyfuel, Inc. (AIM:PYF), a world leader in the development of engineered membranes for portable fuel cells, is pleased to announce that Congress and the US Department of Energy (DOE) have restored $2 million in programme funding to the Company. | don muang
02/5/2007 10:11 | .... interesting splurge of transactions at 44p this morning totalling £198k ..... PS: another 50k shares later also at 44p.... so a final total of £220k from someone .... | don muang
23/4/2007 09:07 | I'm aware the following info was announced previously, but its mentioned again in todays announcement - and it's worth highlighting: "Increased share of known global prototype design wins awarded by leading portable fuel cell system developers from approximately 20% in 2005 to 40% in 2006". | don muang
23/4/2007 06:52 | ys, don, that's the most pleasing thing for me, that they have indicated no funds required for 2007 or 2008, as I'm sure that concern has impacted on the share price | ![]() callumross
23/4/2007 06:21 | As far as I can see no surprises in Finals.. Personally I'm quite happy with them. Cash position is stated as "With expected cash burn rates of US$0.8-1.0 million per month going forward, we are favourably positioned to finance the business through 2008, at which time the market is expected to have reached the early commercialisation stage." So any required fundraising at that stage should involve a much higher share price barring any major setbacks. | don muang
20/4/2007 15:32 | well, someone bought 10,000 shares just b4 the bell .... so they must be anticipating good news on Monday... Fingers crossed.... have a good weekend .... c u next Monday .... | don muang
19/4/2007 16:40 | Prelims on 23rd April, Monday | tony979
19/4/2007 16:38 | Some more substantial buys today. | tony979
18/4/2007 15:42 | Well, there's the trade reported at 16.29: 50,000 shares : seems to be a protected transaction i.e. the trade goes through in small quantities instead of the whole order out in one hit. So that'd expain the couple of tick-ups on no vol. | don muang
17/4/2007 17:31 | yeep, no trades today or yesterday ...... everyone holding awaiting pre-lims.... ? could be some activity later in the week ... fingers crossed for next week .... !!! | don muang
16/4/2007 13:54 | Still no trades registered today, but uptick continues | tony979
16/4/2007 09:04 | yeep, 1p up on the offer price since he opening .... but no buys reported yet to account for this .... | don muang
16/4/2007 07:46 | Further upwards movement | tony979
14/4/2007 16:04 | PYF started the day (Friday) at 43/44 an finished at 43.5/45 - so bid rose 0.5p and offer rose 1.0p on Friday. think enthusiasm for fuel cell stocks has withered recently - but personally I still think PYF is extremely well positioned for a significant upward movement in share price during this year .... but await confirmation of that possibility when the pre-lims come out the week after next ... PS: pity the warrants weren't timed to last one year longer than they were... !!! | don muang
13/4/2007 21:55 | This board is very quiet, I see the price ticked up a little towards the close today. On closer examination only the bid rose. Although there was some buying. | tony979
13/4/2007 07:12 | Guy .... welcome .... but you're a bit optimistic ..... I'd give it until the New Year .... !!! ..... but also depends on pre-lims later this month ... if their are any major surprises eitherway.... as Morgs said recently "fingers crossed". | don muang
13/4/2007 06:49 | i bought in yesterday...expect a 3 bagger by xmas | guythomas
12/4/2007 16:51 | it's that man again ... is he saying anything useful in 884 (for a quiet, chilled out BB 'experience' for myself then I've got him filtered).... | don muang
12/4/2007 15:53 | good luck don et al | ![]() asparks |
