Management continuing to recommend the 400p. PlayTech offer is tantamount to fraud towards the shareholders outside of the management fold. Of course, as I said previously, they will be well rewarded after such a takeover such that their own holdings are bought at a 'proper' price, but other shareholders will then have been ripped off. The financial authorities should be taking a close look at this bit of attempted smoke and mirror deception: it's not a harmless illusion but a deliberate attempt to cheat shareholder stakeholders not in the inner sanctum.

It is a near certainty that the offer cannot go through at 400p. The resultant furore and investigations that will result from this happening will be too much to resist. A higher offer in the region of 450p. to 500p. will be made; and it will then be up to major outside shareholders to decide on, and if they believe that that is still too little, to argue for yet another higher figure, whilst rejecting the lower inadequate ones.

I've already taken profit from some of my holdings, and fully expect the remainder to provide further profit by the time this saga concludes.

Having read this mornings update it appears the company certainly moving in the right direction - and the arguments for why the company is significantly undervalued grows. I think management is fully aware of this, but is maintaining its recommendation to accept the 400p offer as it is likely that they will be compensated for selling their chunky undervalued stake through extremely generous share options in Playtech. Their discussion this is ultimately at the expense of us, the retail investors. I am increasingly considering rejecting the offer, knowing the likely outcome would be:1. Playtech would definitely considering revising their offer to 450p -500p (they have already spent a significant amount of time and cost undertaking the due diligence process) and addition know Plus500 is worth in excess of this2. A revised offer does not come to light and the company's share price gradually appreciates over the next 12 months as a full recovery takes placePreviously there was a concern that if the deal didn't go through that there would be a steep fallback in the share price. This has changed now as the previous doubt was that Playtech would pull out of the deal. This is increasingly unlikely now - the more likely scenario is a rejection by shareholders - and this would only be a sign of investor confidence. If there were to be a short term blip I would take the opportunity to fill by boots. At the same time I wouldn't be devastated having already make a reasonable return on these shares - the certainly provided by accepting the offer has to be worth something as an investor.Anyone else in a similar predicament?

To date, the majority of customers' balances have been unfrozen. While there remains a number of customers with small, nil and / or dormant accounts still to request their accounts be unfrozen, these represent a diminishing proportion of Plus500UK's client money balances. The UK management team believe they can now be dealt with on a "business as usual" basis along with new customer applications, when the latter are resumed under the new improved procedures.

As at close of business on 27 June, 13,499 Plus500UK customers had been fully reviewed by the remediation team and unfrozen, thereby enabling those customers to trade and to deposit and withdraw funds. Of these 9,758 (72%) have resumed trading, with 5,261 making additional funding deposits. Of the customers reviewed and unfrozen 874 have cashed out all their funds (6%).

Quite poor I wold say given the 1000s of accounts they have and have only reviewed 13k

Just saw a video and countless other adds for SpreadCo.com
Initially thought it was a great british baker selling sausages but was not deceived by the heavy Welsh accent. It is an Indian originated CFD shearer.

Ticks all the boxes for another scam outlet
- sudden appearance all over the place
- lightweight trading platform
- sufficiently opaque incorporation etc

As the saying goes

Will do. I want to do a tour of inner Spain. I have been to most of he coastal towns as a tourist, and quite a few times to Valencia, which is a beautiful city. Went to Barcelona, which is also great, but only on business for one day, so didnt see much of it. Alicante is also a great city which people generally only use for its sirport

5th time in Madrid, about 20th time in Spain. Madrid has one of best art collections in Europe. After Prado Born Thyssen, Reina Sofia (big gallaries) make sure you visit Museo Sorollo - the old home of the Spanish painter complete with all his furniture and ornaments and a courtyard walled garden oasis of calm in centre of Madrid all for for 3 Euro

I really cant see anyone else coming in for them. Im not talking my book, I am flat at the moment. For me it is either ptec at this price, or pull out and the share price halves.

Morning butters.
Funny how people look at things in a different way

I look at this as further evidence that they have to spend more to try and bring in mug punters.

Hello chaps. Big and long on PLUS as many of you know. Thread quiet because no news. This mornings powerful marketing RNS underlines the strength of the growth case here and indeed reminds us that nothing is certain with who will end up controlling this business. Management almost look committed once more ...????
