Load of rubbish, if the leaprate article is true, which is backed up by FCA notices. Where is ANY evidence that they spent ANY time reacting to Cawkwells allegations?

Gorrilla

I hope your post wasnt to me, you know you are filtered for being a complete moron.

I gather from meetings Liberum (Plus brokers) have been having with major holders, they are bit concerned sufficient third party shareholders won't accept 400p. Evidently Plus management have been pretty hacked off with life as quoted company and determined to see Plus become private again. They thought they were doing pretty well (pre FCA freeze) only to have been savaged a few months ago by Corkwell et al and found themselves spending far too much time dealing with some of Corky's accusations rather than running the company. This probably accounts for Board grabbing the first offer that came along.

This might also account for some curious articles being fed to Leaprate and others, presenting bearish view to encourage acceptance.

Although I feel on a medium term view 400p will look far to cheap, on a short term basis price is going to fall if offer lapses, particularly if market starts to believe some of the horror stories. Incidentally, unless I have missed some thing, don't think there have been any valid suggestion that Plus has been directly involved in money laundering, but merely been too lax with onboarding checks, where progress seems to have been made in last month.

There is a comment from a consultant in the regulatory industry saying that it would not be PLUS that have requested the possible suspension of accounts in October, but the FCA. So it appears that despite knowing about this last year, they failed to do much about it.

The leaprate article is bizarre but hard to deny. Even more puzzling is the bit about CEO Dror Sordo.

Can't dispute the articles on the FCA website.

I remain of the view that the only way the directors can get their money out is to pay dividends or sell the company

That leaprate article is very strange.

PLUS seem to be pointing out they have failed administratively yet seem to have done nothing about it.

I wonder if that is totally true, it doesnt seem to make sense.

If there is going to be another bid than we will see price start to move up towards 380 from tomorrow.
If it remain in current range till Friday it means no more bid."

The amount of utter tosh posted on these boards never ceases to amaze me.

WAFLOB.

I cannot see any other company bidding on this - it could be highly toxic. The only reason PTEC is bidding is because they are both Israeli companies and PTEC will know the company and directors very well. Sagi will have examined them closely even before this debacle because he was looking for companies to acquire in this sector and he always starts looking on his own doorstep. He has bought many Israeli companies either via PTEC or via his own investment vehicles.PTEC could still walk away if things get worse.

Dlku - if the price slips to 350p, does it mean the deal is off then?

I wonder what happened to ultra bull slipperysidewinder? What an idiot of himself that fool made. He still hasnt apologised to all those he ADVISED to buy at 700+, those he ADVISED to reinvest the special dividend. Quite appalling. He eluded to possibility he has endured significant losses. Oh well LOL

If this gets to 375p , i will buy a big slug of shares because in my mind it will confirm a higher bid imminent, upside could be a quick 130p to 500p

I think it could be because I complained and withdrew my money after being frozen for 2 weeks or so. Or it could be a marketing tactic to tempt people back. There are restrictions on withdrawing it without having done several trades etc. I had the sign up bonuses and have withdrawn money before. I made some money early on, not much, however, shares made me some and I was lucky to get out at over £7 on most of my holdings. Then a big loss or two trading FTSE100 and gas. When I compared prices on FTSE100 index there was no relationship between actual prices and their prices - all over the place. Even closing price was way out on some occasions. A gas trade wiped me out because they opened up with a very low price and it wiped me out. Stop loss was not guaranteed so I'll learn that lesson! Guaranteed stop losses are expensive in terms of spread.

Joe,

They gave you a bonus because you had been forced to close trades or fow what reason?

Is it a free bonus, ie you dont have to trade a hundred million quid until it gets released or you can withdraw it?

They gave me £150 bonus! But didn't answer my concerns on some of my trades where prices seemed to be manipulated. Does not look good. Stop Loss in place just in case. Bidders could walk away and it could be closed down in UK IMO.
