Plus is much much cheaper, but which business model is stronger and less volatile?

Historical PE ratio at 7.85 based on 2023 EPS and 77m shares. So pretty cheap based on the confidence implied by the new share buy-back program, and a 3.5% dividend on top.
They've been talking about a FTSE listing for years, so I'm not confident of that happening anytime soon. Should we be worried about the company for any reason?

Oure share price has re rated substantially over recent weeks & it will be interesting to see if any news will be released to support the increase -apart from the fact that we are substantially undervalued compared with competitors.I am hoping that our US division is growing more quickly than expected

There's a rule in Israel about not being able to cancel treasury shares so they just stay as they are.

There is now about 1/3 of shares in treasury, do we know if these will be cancelled or if any will be paid to management for reaching certain targets? No issue with them receiving some but would hope at least 90% are cancelled. Any notes or pointers to reports with this detail would be very helpful, cheers!

Cash is marginally under £800m, making it marginally over 50% of market cap. Still suggests good value at £20 with a decent Q1 under the bridge and Q2 starting with more active markets.

Noshellfish, the company might not have much in the way of physical infrastructure in Israel but it’s where the company’s most valuable assets are located - its people!

Massively undervalued, strip out cash and this is 3x historic earnings. VIX is up significantly YTD and we should get positive news on Japan and the US this week, i am personally expecting another bullish update.

The stock didn't budge much when the Israel-Hamas war originally started, so I don't expect it to move much now either. It's a global fintech without much physical infrastructure in Israel, it seems the much bigger driver of the price is global stock market trends, and possibly the VIX.
