09/1/2025 10:58 | Frankland an hour ago edited I think here in the UK we're going through our very own Biden/Democrat period - shortly after Biden took office there was a lot of buyers remorse - people were looking back at the Trump era as a golden age compared to Biden - and I think we're seeing something similar here in the UK too with this dreadful Labour government - I see this as a kind of right of passage we had to go through to shake people out of a kind of coma they have been in this last twenty years or so and finally wake up to what is going on (as the Americans have finally realised) hopefully people will learn from this depressing period in British politics and see it never happens again - however, I'm hoping that instead of putting up with four years of this diabolical government as the Americans had to endure under the Democrats we will see the back of these clowns before their term is up and a hopefully return to real-world grown-up politics once again - otherwise Britain is certainly heading for the dark ages. | michaelg1 | |
