Business Rates increased and level of SB relief decreased, water increased and a ‘previous balance’ of £600 has miraculously appeared ( they collect monthly by D/D so WTF?), electric is half way through a 3 year fix and I recently moved phones and broadband to a lower cost super fast fibre and cloud voice deal with existing supplier.
