Those fish dishes were great last night, but my word did I (and Mrs j) know I’d had it.

Low 20s Mikey, occasionally mid, all very pleasant.

I understand it is ok. But I’m not that great a swimmer and can’t get my head under as I almost inevitably get an ear infection, so probably not the best to arks.

The airport it quite a thing, I bet the pilots love landing here as opposed to the run of the mill jaunts.

Good Morning all.

James, what is teh sea temperature like and is the snorkelling any good there? I understand the airport can be quite tricky to land at due to the wind.

Sound good James - sufficient ad-hoc napping opps built in I trust.

Breakfast, couple of hours by the pool/sea, then wander into town to have a look around Mercado dos Lavradores before going on a tour of Blandys. Then back for a couple of hours before dinner, I think.

They need to announce PLENTY more sales way before that becomes anywhere near a suitable worry I'd say Hotorcold :)Their end markets have been strong & growing for over 18months by now at least (as seen by lots of other players announcements etc), so Plexus can still take a lot more orders catch-up before that becomes a problem imo. (Although that would be a great problem to start to have soon! Lol).

This raises a number of questions, How many Exact Adjustable Wellhead Systems do they have in stock (as each one is generating £175k over 3 months) very broad brush ? How many wells need to be abandoned ?

Bit of a silly & poorly researched post mammyoko. Especially when it's clear as day that Ben et al own almost 60% ish of the company & added in fresh support funds regularly in the past two years alone. Also they got their IP back, & more, after the agreed terms with Technip. Again badly researched assumptions aren't necessary on this board when all you needed to do was simply read a few RNS's. Hope this helps though set you back onto more fact based posts.

I think it helps keep punters interested, if there's regular newsflow, even if contracts announced are not game-changers. So I like the recent flurry of news. It's reassuring that progress is being made. I find with lots of small caps, the gaps between trading updates can be far too long, and then everyone starts to worry, and imagine something bad might be happening when the share price drifts. People are nervous after a hideous 2 year bear market.

That the second one of these-sort of contracts in the last couple of weeks, all good news and keeps us in the spot light as we gain traction.

Good to have another contract win this morning. Individually not huge, at £175k, but I see this as good confirmation that Plexus is gaining traction in the Plug & Abandonment space, where there should be rich pickings in the North Sea (and globally) as we've been told before by the company. I like it when companies say they have potential in a particular area, and then start winning contracts, as it makes the investment proposition more credible.

Plexus has high margins too, the Cenkos note from March 2023 (available on Research Tree) has c.60% gross margins. Also as we've seen before, contracts sometimes end up higher than the initially announced amount (the big one, £5m went up to £8m within a few months after announcement).

This share is a work-in-progress I think, but we're getting a helluva lot of potential for just a £15m market cap. But we're all grown ups, and know the risks too, this one is not for widows and orphans at this stage.
