Interesting. Operating strategy is clearly where the whole company hinges right now. So COO leaving indicates a disagreement for sure. Might have to wait and see for a bit longer here?

Obviously a falling out with Mergui getting sacked. Happy Serge at the helm again.

Net cash balances reduced to £8 million at the 30/04/2020.

"...Since the period end, total Group revenue has remained at the lower levels seen in March and April..."

Next update on cash will be interesting.

Does PHTM have an operations director on the BOD currently?, if not, there is an argument for the creation of this role.

The central issue here is how quickly PHTM can replace their photo ID revenues
by growing additional revenue streams such as B2C laundry.

I flagged up here over 4 years ago the rapidly growing use of mobile phones to take passport
photo ID in the UK.

Only surprise was it did not significantly impact their UK photo booth business sooner.

Huge net cash balances just a few years ago.

Medium term i agree with you Masurenguy, but the big question is when? Any views?

Increasing security and analytical government requirements will subsequently regenerate the UK photo-booth business since they can be set up to incorporate specific biometric data which cannot be captured by a photograph taken on a mobile phone.

I disagree Photobooth buisness in the UK is declining
but is still a cash cow elsewhere.
They are investing in other areas and i see great scope in the
fruit juice buisness.
IMHO this will look very good in a years time.

This company is looking like the next Blockbuster. Their business model doesn't make sense anymore. Maybe the laundry and vending businesses can save them, but who knows.

Fairly predictable update, nice to see some restructuring of UK ops will be forthcoming.

Initial big fall then some resistance! Could directors be buying again?

"The Government's policy to accept photos taken at home for passport identification, has taken a significant part of Photo-Me's market share for ID photos"

Said this weeks ago. Mobile phone cameras are outstanding nowadays.

The company is being squeezed tighter every year.

Well financed, no need to raise cash through placing. BOD reasonably confident revenues will return.
