Tried to use a picture taken by three photo apps for a new passport, all were rejected I when to a booth and it was immediately accepted and approvedThe PHTM system works and is a head of the game for now.

PHTM has always been something of a cash machine. Any return to 2018 payouts would be a 12% yield on last week's close.

Less stock available in the market and any dip has recently been bought straight back. Slowly accumulate and wait for the stock to hit one pound again and reinstatement of the dividend.

With Europe coming out of lockdown we should see the revenue starting to flow strongly again.

Picked some up on a SB after it came out of auction and there seemed to be few shares available to buy online. Some decent buys coming in now and still not much available to buy

I suggest the three month average is not in play. i assume the minimum will be the highest price paid in the last year by the takeover vehicle / person.

Yes I bought in years ago at £1.40 who's going to make up the shortfall, I would expect a good dose of investigation if that's the case

Good point. Often a takeover price is based on the previous price average over the recent period (e.g 3 month average). That woud not be a realisation of value for longer term holders I am fortunate to have bought in here relatively recently but that's not the case for all.

Depends on how much the offer is and what you paid for the shares. I would imagine a lot of existing shareholders would lose out.

Tightly held stock makes it more illiquid. People hopefully buy and hold and Bob's your Uncle the price rises.

Also shows confidence with large holdings especially Serge's.

my wife just had some new passport photos done - in one of our booths I'm relieved to say! Contactless card payment technology (unlike all those car park ticket machines, where you have to wrestle with a useless parking app.)
