18/1/2024 08:25 | after all this time i would suggest that plan B and C do not exist any longer. because if they would... B or C would just buy the bonds after all. i hope i am wrong but if the first one does not perform i will go to the ready next one and so on | ![]() kaos3
18/1/2024 08:24 | They're going to have to have a placing ... | ![]() bsg

18/1/2024 08:09 | I feel conned re the false talk on bonds | ![]() deuchar
18/1/2024 08:01 | i also see a pattern of many AIM companies they do the right talk and perform very professional until money flows freely. ESG, plans, drilling, paper produced etc .... but do not ask about time specific productivity and delivered results - material mined and sold and flowing cash to the owners. not of an investors business asking management questions or debating decisions. big shareholders jump appologetically /which is natural as they really think all is ok, hence they invested/ and the strenght of the argument is not necessarely ratio but it is the size of shareholding | ![]() kaos3
18/1/2024 07:55 | well - many asked for the pfs and they got it so - professional reaction -------------------- not mentioning bonds will jinx the situation and the net RNS result will be perceived negative and the line about self determined timing is just screaming about it all | ![]() kaos3
18/1/2024 07:48 | Pattern emerging .....old guard mgt teams not being able to deliver anything sustainable ,ARS ,TLOU, PXC etc etc Could have raised enough funds when by doing conventional placings to show some intent. Dilution is sometime necessary to progress.... | ![]() sos100
18/1/2024 07:37 | Richard Wilkins (allegedly) quoted here on 24th October: "...Ryan does not need money to start sourcing equipment for another 3 weeks or so, when the updated economic model (which looks good) will be ready." Such a hugely missed timeframe, judging by today's RNS. | ![]() saucepan
18/1/2024 07:33 | “My guess is they can’t get the bonds away” well done Einstein… | ![]() bumpa33
18/1/2024 07:32 | My guess is they can’t get the bonds away New loan facility for working capital emf of Q1 (24 match facility ends), early Q2 issue feasibility and then re try market in summer. That would explain timings recently and need for working capital | ![]() haveapunt1

18/1/2024 07:22 | They will want to boost the share price somehow to get a placing away, guess they'll have to resort to Director comments on X for that...! | ![]() hubs
18/1/2024 07:15 | Another 6 months for the PFS and mine plan, no update on the advanced discussions in regard to the financing, one would have thought that was their priority, but evidently not | ![]() trader465
18/1/2024 07:06 | A welcome RNS re feasibility over the coming months but still silence on all financing fronts, including the bonds. Feels a bit like they are struggling with getting the bonds away which is why they are now having to finalise the economic model into Q2 (which coincides with the new loan facility) and then try tempt the market again but this time with a completed model As much as I hate to say it, that’s how it is starting to feel | ![]() haveapunt1
17/1/2024 16:52 | Trader465 lost a lot of money with AYM so he is bitter. Perhaps he needs to go back to his ladyboy harem and relax a bit with his mates. | ![]() klondykejohn
17/1/2024 16:24 | Yet we have the diehard trader “warning people” yet doesn’t hold any stock here, looking for an entry as he has openly said. Always find if pretty sad to keep trashing a stock that you don’t hold and see no value and all risk. Very sad some people when it comes to these boards. They see no value, big risk, slate the board, yet still appear to show an interest in the company. Odd. Then again the name should say it all. | ![]() haveapunt1
17/1/2024 15:54 | Plenty of cases of confirmation bias going on here with PXC diehards 🤷♂ | ![]() trader465
17/1/2024 15:48 | In the absence of bond news I can see this drifting back to 12p/13p. In the current environment I simply cannot see this outfit getting their bond issue across the line, those that follow AIM can see recent examples of companies who have secured funding only for it to be withdrawn or worse still the cash not being delivered as anticipated, see BMN as a recent example. Given the circumstances the share price has held up quite well, PXC is in dire need of cash and it looks like they are going back to Riverfort for it, such a provider is toxic to the market. Ultimately if the bond issue does not come there will be serious equity dilution down the road, a raise IRO of 10p (or lower) cannot be ruled out. The stock is falling for a reason. | ![]() the_debt_collector |
