DP..Thank goodness you wont be posting i think you do more harm than good when you do post on behalf of the company. It’s a bad idea putting up titbits of half truths on bulletin boards ..all comms should be through official channels. Very amateur hour and often misleading.

And yet the greedy board still show no sign of cost cutting their own salaries

Then you have a month before RF convert

Sick of hearing “confidentR21; re bonds. It’s not happening. You just have to read the RNS

Placing at 11.5p. Ouch.

”In the event that the Bond Financing does not complete and a new facility is not put in place before 23 March 2024, the Company will be required to seek alternative sources of funding to fund the future working capital and capex requirements of the Company, and to repay the Facility.”

Quite the opposite trader. The price needs boosting so you will nedd to dig deep. You should stop de-ramping this share.
Just look at your investment over at AYM where you lost thousands. You spat your dummy out there when your ramping became over zealous and people wised up.

Maybe it is time for them to step up to the plate with some negative interviews that the share price seems to be reflecting

Seems strange that BlytheRay {financial PR} has been so quiet for a long time.
Maybe it is time for them to step up to the plate with some positive interviews.

Apart from early production opportunity, Konnex has still got a "World class" project upside! I think the tide will turn and luck (which we've been without for too long) will finally be on our side.

The directors should have started to cut renumeration significantly long ago, in the the last two financial years BOD salary including 'consultancy fees' amounted to a cool $2.4m, the company has no revenue, those salaries are by far and away at the high end of the AIM junior resource spectrum.

So far there has been no mention of cost cutting, the only thing out in the market is they are seeking more cash from Riverfort, not good at all, especially if a high proportion of that cash is going into fund lifestyles.

Talk is cheap, delivery is another matter.

Where has the money come from in the past to pay the fat salaries? Where do people think the money will come from in the future to pay the fat salaries? It’s not difficult to see.

Technical q.
Is company contractually free to issue shares before RF or similar finishes the possible death spiral shares selling?

This looks like it is going sub 10p unfortunately for holders, the market is really punishing this sector especially companies who are indebted or looking for cash, PXC have both dilemmas.

Even at 10p the market value would be circa £13m which is a bit rich given the circumstances.

There is little reason to buy currently, the bond issue is a very distant oasis.

Why would they care what price they place at? They are in it for the big fat salaries, nothing more.

They're losing their chance to place at a reasonable price (if they want to).

Whatever...if I have to be a long term investor here also with about 49 others.....so be it lol

Which one will bring home the bacon?

I'd hate to have to go back to work after 17 years retired....but if needs must!

Won't be having a boss though!
