haveapunt ...

2 of the posters told you that you do not understand the mechanism of the so called death spiral riverfort loan.

the name death spiral tells you in poetic way why such a loan does not have to be secured.

no one had a go against you at least i did not.

and when i am at hints ...

go look at the term ... risk adjusted value, besides the term - death spiral loan. might help.

and the clever ones are silent and smile. wich make me stupid and un wise... here we agree - about my self

”I’ve been in AIM years and I’ve never seen an “emergency placing” let alone at 50% plus discount.”

You must have had your eyes shut ffs!

Any raise would need a minimum of £4m just to clear Riverfort and provide a little working capital going forward. But who in their right mind would give any more to a company that’s never kept to anything they’ve ever promised?

Even if they managed to get one away it’d likely wipe out existing equity.

If they were to do a placing today it might be at 10p But if they leave it the share price will fall such that either the placing is at 2-4p or it just doesn't happen

I'm in same boat at Trader I'd buy at a higher price on confirmation of financing But 10-15p without financing not attractive If they don't arrange financing they will run out of money so it's a distressed placing or more RF death spiral funding

Risk/reward is different for everyone, it’s not based on a price level, it’s based on the risk/reward of each position size relevant to account size. At 15p or 10p the downside risk is >50%.

If financing is announced I’ll build a 2% position with a 50% stop, my risk is then just 1% of account.

IMO there will be an 'emergency placing' in the not to distant future. May be at 10p.

Trader - so you would ONLY buy PXC if financing was announced?

There's not a price where risk/reward tips in favour of buying some....say 15p/10p...and if your 'beware' posts encourage some to sell and push the price down for you to enter...that is just a collateral benefit??

It’s rather foolish and naive to invest cash in anything based on an investment bb or telegram group

So, not holding stock. Thinks the company is poorly run. Yet keeps popping up to warn naive investors how poor an investment PXC is. Got to ask yourself why trader465 bothers. Got to ask yourself would you trust him/her or your own, thorough, research.

You assume correctly.

PXC is on my watchlist for a possible buy “if” they secure financing, which I now think is unlikely. Hope that helps.
