You assume correctly.

PXC is on my watchlist for a possible buy “if” they secure financing, which I now think is unlikely. Hope that helps.

Trader - I assume that’s because you’re a city investor / wealth investor expert highly experienced in the bond market?

Genuine question here, given as you do pop up with your slating comments, are you holding stock here?

The IR operative seems to making a fool of himself and other investors. Gotta love how these people use the words “us” or “we” instead of “the company” 🤷‍a94;️

It needs one signature. We aren’t focused on building a book. One investor could take or underwrite the lot.

Rather surprised how well the share price has held up given the predicament the company is in with Lanstead and lack of cash in the treasury, they clearly need more money soon enough.

The share price hit 13p in mid November on similar worries.

Director salaries $1m pa.

Error. Couldn't (and still can't) see either on my mobile (not the App). I think the long term copper prospects are very relevant to both PXC and bond-holders. Both will be aware that PXC coming into production & copper price significantly increasing are likely to coincide. I'm just as keen as you to see the RNS re finance, but we will both need to wait a little longer.

Any reason you posted it twice? The copper price is largely irrelevant to PXC I think the majority of investors believe in the long term prospects for copper. However it matters nothing if they don't get the financing.

No, they'll have to pay the coupon though, so there's debt of sorts.

They've got decent options, but half of them they won't meet the criteria.Hopefully they will for the first half.

The bonds are supposed to be non-convertible, in which case they wouldn’t be.

If they get the bonds away they'll be a real drag on the share price for many a year. They should just go for equity IMO.

Wonder what 2023 accounts will show?

Assuming there is a 2023 accounts.

All that cash on director pay - if they’d deferred it last couple of years they could’ve got by without resorting to Riverfort and finding themselves in the situation they’re now in.

From the link in post 10078

Skin in the game:

Marcus Edward-Jones: $235k
Ryan McDermott: $89.7k
Richard Wilkins: $164.5k

Compared to their salaries, disappointingly low I would suggest.

Yep, just double checked - those figures were annual for year ending 2022.

Total director remuneration for 2021 nearly $1m, for 2022 $764k

Is there an update due on first Cobalt soon.
The three year anniversary of FC involvement at Redcastle expires within 3 months.
Reading the initial RNS, PXC should receive $100k from FC if the exploration work was completed{cost $1.5m}
Any update DP?

Don`t know if the salary figure is still the case, but maybe DP or Pants can enlighten everybody.
Also, isn`t there a set of drilling results to be announced? Either Red Star or Navarre?
I am not sure though.

Is that salary figure true? Or have you picked an arbitrary number. If they are still paying themselves top wedge, it will be from the riverfort loan and if that's the case they can get to f...

Does anyone feel we are being led down the primrose path, or even worse. Down the garden path. All the positiveness from Donald and the board seems to have ended.

the company is effectively on life support, until financing - of any description - is sorted. Meanwhile the big three, literally and metaphorically, continue to take combined wages of what, $600k per annum…? Nice work.
