Richard Wilkins (allegedly) quoted here on 24th October:

"...Ryan does not need money to start sourcing equipment for another 3 weeks or so, when the updated economic model (which looks good) will be ready. We are confident Ryan will have the funds when he needs them".

It should have been mid-November. Its lack of appearance, or offering of explanations as to why not, was one of the factors eroding my own confidence. And Ryan, of course, has not got the money to be buying the equipment he needed.

Was the updated economic model not due for release in January?
I thought that I had read a post somewhere during the last quarter of 2023
I could be mistaken though

Warm Norm, if you are going to be a pedant, I am very disappointed you did not chastise bsg for "their" [sic] and not "they are" or "they're". :-)

A placing is not out of the question, so the point is valid. It sometimes pays to be tolerant of corrective text or ESL. (Google that acronym if you are not familiar with it).

Did you mean "adamant" BSG? One of the most disappointing things about these bulletin boards is that semi-literate desk jockey trolls like you get as much exposure as serious financial journalists who have had, at least, to pass their English language O level as a precursor to getting a job on a newspaper. If you are going to post your drivel for public consumption please have the courtesy to use spell check if you have forgotten/never learned how to.

bsg: that's just your opinion. Minimally dilutive finance is more likely (again, opinion). But, at least that opinion is aligned with information contained within the RNS. You are just posting on a day when nothing is happening SPwise for mischief. Bye 🙂.

They're addiment their not gong to dilute but when it comes to not being able to pay themselves they'll have a placing.

Each to their own PUNT...your name sums PXC succinctly... ROCE is just too far away for me... and then add in the hopes and the maybes... but then you never know... come March you might be euphoric with finance in place.... but some how I doubt it

Kop “Well it's uninvestable as things stand imo.... but I'm here to be convinced”

Let me get this right, your preaching about your expertise on the market and how everyone here is naive investing, yet your asking to be convinced by an anonymous discussion board. Can see your logic lol.

The wolf of Wall Street has all the advise I see.

Think I will just look after my own investment and simply ignore you.

KoP202: Not sure "Only Alzheimer sufferering pi 's left holding the baby.... no mining permit... Jeez" is going to help you or anyone else.

On the subject of babies, this one's quite cute but will grow into a monster 😉. Nothing happening today as we all wait for expected long-overdue news flow this quarter.

You're looking for opportunities - but clearly have decided this one is not for you as things stand currently...no finance, no permit etc as you state

So other than altruistic tendencies, your reason for continuing to post here are?

Bumpa- the alternative being the board do succeed (as they keep saying they will), and people will make an absolute killing. Pays your money takes your choice. It’s down to each individual and it’s their hard earned money that they invest. I see little benefit to anyone on here moaning and winging “warning”; people, just let people invest how they feel, and the result won’t be changed by anyone on this board

You have next to zero experience and it shows. That’s not your fault but you are going to lose everything here IF it plays out like so many that have gone before. Then you can turn your ire towards those that really do deserve it and lament not listening to the warnings from those that know this playbook inside out.

Sterling effort on a share you don't own, Bumpa33. One would wonder why you bother.

Sort of feel you must be related to Juju44. Perhaps you are, and neither of you know it yet.

positive discussions with bond investors, positive discussions with Riverfort and, sooner or later, “positive discussions” with the liquidators.

saucepan & williancooper104: thanks for the advice. I know this already. The stockmarket is NOT my pension: that's a defined benefit final salary scheme & I'm luckily over the LTA, which Mr Hunt surprisingly removed. Hopefully I'll retire before labour reverses this.

I don't intend to lose my capital, but if I did it would not be disastrous. No loans, no mortgage, kids all sorted and small property portfolio. And, a tax free lump sum 3 times my pension on retirement as part of the terms of my pension. If that's not enough, the bottom line is health is wealth.

IF I get 'lucky' (IMO, if my research is correct), then I won't be investing large sums in pre-production miners. You are correct in that I was a total novice when I started investing for the 1st time in early 2021 (edited this, it had said 2022), prior to joining ADVFN.

I thank you for your advice, which I firmly believe to be entirely genuine.
