hmmm not so sure. You want to see how little selling volume knocked this down from 11p bid to 5p bid recently

Of course it can go the opposite on just a handful of buys too

I have been watching this since January, they have plenty of cash having raised $2m in late February at 15p a share.

Most of the sector juniors were beaten down as a result of the virus meltdown, the drops were on very low volumes, PXC hit 13p in late February and 19p late September.

They have 52m shares in issue but most are tightly locked up, all bought far higher up I would add.

Hopefully my extended research will pay off, the fact that IG were quoting 11p this morning for 100k tell you all you need to know.

With this kind of volume a few sales here and there won't hold us back....

Where do they get the stock from ?

Now 7.7p offer for size, one day all these sellers will vanish

Nice to see the BB has a bit of action 😋

aussiebeach the drilling is underway so good drill results cannot be far away IMHO

I must say I am impressed by Ryan McDermott and he has the right credentials to get this moving. Again IMHO.

IG are demanding a significant premium for size, looks like stock is tight.

Any operational news expected?

Looks like the worm has turned here, sector has been bashed to hell over recent months but many stocks have doubled from the lows.

One thing's for sure, this company will have no problem securing the licences required to commence production when the time comes.Idaho is rated the number one mining location in the world for a reason.

Quoting again from the CEO, “My outlook on the Company is more positive now than in the three years since joining the Phoenix team. In that time, we have expanded our resources and exploration potential from a single oxide-copper resource into a high-grade silver lead vein system, a polymetallic sulphide vein system, a very prospective volcanic-hosted gold system, and two strategically located cobalt properties, all within the same geopolitically stable, pro-mining jurisdiction.”
To reiterate for newcomers, the basis of this company came from a long shut-down existing mine, which is now showing that the mine was just the tip of the iceberg for a range of mineralisations now being uncovered. We’re within touching distance of getting the project into construction and operation. I have confidence in the management team that they have the route mapped out into non-dilutive finance, so that we will be in production for end 2021, as they have promised.

Bought in today, been watching since January.

The shares are heavily oversold, looks like a major TR1 holder with 22% agrees, recent funding at 15p a share, directors look aligned + lots of news to come.

Only £4 market valuation, plenty of upside ahead in my view, shares were listed at 40p if I recall correctly, the stock is very tightly held as well.

This could propel to 20p in a flash.

Let me add another quote from the annual report, this time from the CEO, who is based in the area: "The positives have not blinded us to the work we have ahead, however, but it has provided us confidence that we are on the cusp of developing a mineralized system of which we believe we have barely scratched the surface." It is my own understanding that every time they dug a hole in their deposit areas they hit minerals. When they dug the road to access the Red Star deposit for the core samples, they were cutting through rich veins!

Thanks for write up and I too found the annual report positive.

At double todays price the valuation would still be too low IMHO.

The CEO will get us good silver drill results I am sure and then we should get moving.

It's a bit of a mystery Pantsonfire but given that we are sitting on a massive orebody consisting of multiple base and precious metals, plus the 2 cobalt prospects, it can only be a matter of time before a serious rerating takes place and the share price rises by several multiples of where it is now.The reversal of globalisation which has been happening slowly over recent years is likely to accelerate as more governments, especially in poorer Asian, African and South American countries, seek to prevent foreign exploitation of their natural resources as their economies plunge due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.Being located in one of the safest and most mining friendly jurisdictions in the world is likely to become even more critical so we're likely to become increasingly attractive to the big US and Canadian miners who are struggling to maintain their operations elsewhere.

Now nothing offered at 6.5p after that 50k buy

Well if it's that good it will get there in the end. Just a very quiet stock decimated by a seller.

There is 50k available at 6.4p online atm so we could move up providing the seller is now done

Has anyone else read through the annual report issued last week (link at the foot)? I have just completed my read, and have been blown away. I just don’t understand why this company is not flying. Let me pick out a couple of points.
The company has moved forward in leaps and bounds. The money from equity raising has gone into developing their assets, with a book value today of $11.6 million (compared to $5.3 million in 2018), and compared to the market capital today of about £3 million. These are audited numbers, with no impairment. Today’s share price is silly in comparison.
Phoenix are presently conducting the next drill programme on the high grade Red Star silver deposit, and they’ve even anticipated that Covid will not impact their programme. All the analyses to date point to high grade, high value and easy to mine mineralisations across their territory, and to being a low cost producer.
The fundamentals remain very solid. This is a company operating in a stable environment, with assets largely exceeding current share price, who plan to have production under way for end 2021, with a pay-back of under a year. This could be the opportunity of the century.
