Died a death due to the hatred the Jewish and Ukrainian peoples have of their Russian superiors. The good news is the West is imploding economically and the people of the Donbass are free. Exciting times ahead, many more will have their investments wiped out by the likes Blinked, Nuland, Ron Klain, Wendy Sherman and their useful idiots in this country.

You got the point ..... why you punish the investors and company cos of the war and sanction which come from no way ?? Shouldn't penalise the company !

You make a good point about listening to large shareholders only and sadly my personal view is that the directors and the large Russian shareholders are in on this together.

To find out which judge you will need to contact the administrators by phone they should tell you the court and the judge and the time. Administration orders are dealt with as a matter of urgency so this is why its happening all so quickly and the hearing is unlikely to be on the internet before Monday 18th July.

This post will self destruct. If you or any of your iron force are caught the secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions. Good luck max

I think the judge listens to big shareholders and would ignore small shareholders. What are large shareholders doing? How do you find out which judge?

If you do some homework you can find out which judge the administration order is before and write to the judge explaining why you think the administration order should be refused.

You see this is a fake administration order because the administrators cannot pay the creditors for the same reason the POG directors could not pay the creditors. The creditor is GPM and so long as the sanctions are in place not even the administrators can pay them. So what are they actually doing?

SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD TURN UP AND CHALLENGE THE ADMINISTRATION ORDER ON THE GROUNDS HER MAJESTY'S GOVERNMENT FORCED THE COMPANY INTO ITS CURRENT CRISIS AND THEREFORE THE COMPANY SHOULD REMAIN IN THE HANDS OF ITS SHAREHOLDERS.

War in the Ukraine will last for years. A million russian dead coming. That nut Putin stole 200 billion from his people and will be replaced or shot imo. The mighty US dollar surging.
Poor old POG RIP...
End of thread here... Shame I had hopes with POG before the war..

Yanks are getting smashed and the Donbass is almost liberated anyway. Looking at the economic indicators a lot more folk are going to be getting wiped out elsewhere thanks to the Jews in the State Department.

Sad? You speculated investing in a company in Russia. Plenty of warnings signs. You were greedy.

the filing and statement coincide with higher volume and offers for assets. 2-4 a share we'll see. Oligarch and their Chinese and Indian friends scoop it up.
the conflict is very sad, what we also shouldn't forget is ifnits true as we claim its Evil Putin behind it then we should not burn.iur bridge with the Russian nation as I am sure many in the population are against this invasion and conflict.
I can name at least 10 global conflicts that are as bad but we are not taking any steps against the aggressors and occupiers. just browse through the UN resolutions and you will find them all. Maybe this is what encouraged Putin in his action, he knows we have double standards on this side of the fence.

It's only silly to gamblers that ploughed money into Russian stocks. Certainly not to the people of Ukraine that Putin has attacked and is killing each and every day, when most of the Wests people are more concerned about filling their tanks with fuel and holidays and the price of a pint of beer.

This loss might wake others up to getting whatever little back they can from stocks that have investments in Russia.

Just suck it and think of Ukraine because if we are weak there it could be you next.
