07/6/2022 13:21 | It's already over 90% down fella lol | zen12
07/6/2022 13:15 | Please shut up .....I can read guru | amaretto1
07/6/2022 13:09 | I mean, the company has just said that shareholders should expect to get nothing from this situation. (See last sentence of RNS). PIs can't say they haven't been warned!!! | tigerbythetail
07/6/2022 13:05 | How has this not dropped 90 percent on that RNS - golden opportunity to get something back before realism hits | supercity
07/6/2022 13:00 | amaretto1 - Agreed but the company can service the debts only if allowed to operate normally. However as they can't due to the sanctions others are using the loan defaults to seize the company from the shareholders. Invest here or stay invested and you will lose everything. | pwhite73
07/6/2022 12:56 | After debt payments | amaretto1
07/6/2022 12:55 | They are buying because the company is worth multiples of current share price !!! Imo at least 4 or 5 pence !! | amaretto1
07/6/2022 12:49 | RNS out - looks very much like shares are worthless here. Any money POG can get for the assets (which won't be much) will be swallowed up by the debtors. IMO, get what you can for the shares whilst you still can. | tigerbythetail
07/6/2022 12:45 | Can't say you weren't warned. Having said that its nothing but the theft of shareholders property. Noirua - The listing fees extend beyond payments to the FCA it includes monies paid to brokers, solicitors and accountants and all those involved in the preparation of annual documents for the listing. RNS 07/06/2022 - "However, even with that extension, the Board considers it unlikely that it will be able to complete the audit in the absence of a material change in circumstances" That's right because they cannot converse with the Russian gold subsidiaries under the sanctions. | pwhite73
31/5/2022 16:30 | Suspension....yeah possible takeover for millions! We can all make those comments! | fission453
31/5/2022 16:17 | Possible suspension tomorrow | dillydally2
31/5/2022 13:31 | PWhite73 - 24 May 2022 - 16:55:06 - 56756 of 56765 Petropavlovsk Gold Miner - inc. Charts - POG I hope so for the sake of those gone heavy in this. POG is a premium listed company and if memory serves me correct they don't need the permission of the shareholders to cancel the listing. So unless they are going to place to help dig themselves out of this hole what is the purpose of the listing with annual costs of £250k? ------------- FEES TO LIST ON LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE There is no difference between fees payable for primary listings and secondary listings. All fees below are quoted excluding VAT. Ongoing fees The LSE charges annual fees through a formula based on the market capitalization of the company at close of trading on the last business day of September of the previous year. For example, a company with a market capitalization of £100 million (approximately US$134.77 million) would pay fees each year of £8,750 (approximately US$11,790). A company with a market capitalization of £1 billion (approximately US$1.35 billion) would pay fees each year of £38,850 (approximately US$52,360). The FCA also charges annual fees for the continuing regulation of listed companies through a similar formula. For example, a premium listed company with a market capitalization of £100 million (approximately US$134.77 million) would pay a base fee each year of £5,686 (approximately US$7,663). Any premium listed company with a market capitalization in excess of £100 million (approximately US$134.77 million) must pay a variable fee additional to the base fee, calculated using a formula and based on the company's market capitalization. Standard listed companies pay an annual flat fee, currently £21,536 (approximately US$29,024). | noirua
27/5/2022 13:04 | Yeah ..soooo transparent | onedayrodders
26/5/2022 17:58 | I see all the euphoria of a takeover has now ebbed away. I didn't understand it myself. If the west are seizing billions of pounds worth of Russian assets, yachts, luxury cars, football clubs, property etc why would the Russians be paying for POG gold mines. Why not just seize them in retaliation? | pwhite73
24/5/2022 19:30 | Like a long winding record......zzzzzzzz | seagreen
24/5/2022 17:29 | You could probably buy Blackpool for 3 grand. Anyway 3 grand is not going to break you but the loss of it is an inconvenience you can do without. | pwhite73
24/5/2022 17:12 | At 1.6 ... just under 200k sharesFor record | amaretto1
24/5/2022 17:11 | I'm in for 3 grand ... i spend more going to Blackpool for the weekend :-))) | amaretto1

24/5/2022 16:01 | Oh shut up !! It's nothing like that deal | amaretto1
24/5/2022 15:28 | PIs require a takeover of the PLC not the company or its assets. McColl's the company and its assets have recently been taken over by Morrisons for about £180 million. The market cap of McColl's at suspension was just £4m. How much is the McColl's Plc shares worth today? zilch. They can put POG Plc into administration as it can't pay its due debts then sell the company and its gold assets. This is a hard one to call but its certainly worth a small punt. | pwhite73 |
