Basically, that article states that the MOEX will reopen for Government Bonds in Monday 21st:

“We are now ready to gradually resume trading on the Moscow Exchange. On Monday, trading will open for government bonds,”

It's unclear if equities will re-start trading or not.

That’s 2.5% of the co. Bear in mind last 2 days restriction on buying volume, so was the stock being shifted to help a mate close out???
Now no more stock , and when we trade Monday, 2 weights are lifted ie we can’t trade Monday, funds selling, hence price jump and the tight spread disappears???plus those who sold to be “ safe” will want their stock back Monday. Plus polygon still have shy of 0.5% short, that’s 18mill off shares to get!;)

Comedy, I agree. Even with proof that they will still be trading on Monday still some unsure.Any positive news towards ceasefire/ peace will have a very good impact on top of uncertainty being removed ref. trading.
