01/9/2015 20:21 | I'm not up to speed with PTR and only have a few £K here. Intrigued to get a phone call about the AGM, plus letters last week. My question ... when was the last time a Director bought shares? I can't see anything on the news history or PTR's website. Thanks, | librag
01/9/2015 19:48 | Dbarron. You are right about them being defeated at the AGM, I was led to believe DF met Maxi & his protege after the AGM and agreed that they would do nothing further to stir anything up for at least 12 months, all I'm saying is that time is now up and I think that Natlatla have something up their sleeve, as far as Oil India becoming operator would that be a bad thing? Making a quick buck? you are having a laugh, nowt quick happens with PTR I would just like to make a few slow bucks I have been in here long enough. I would think the great majority would just like to be out, so if Natlatla make a bid 8p or 9p I would take it, I wouldn't be happy as I thought we could get more but the Oil environment & DF do not make that possible. | thetoonarmy2
01/9/2015 18:47 | "OIL also has the right to become the operator of the Licence should there be a substantial change in the management team of PetroNeft within the first three years." Not saying this precludes anything but it's interesting. | kevjones2
01/9/2015 18:07 | thetoon ... I think you got it a little wrong, Natlata tried to replace several board members and failed, and saying they would not stir anything for 12 months is a laugh, after being overwhelmingly defeated the had no choice but to sit back and shut up. As for Oil India getting on with Maxi, I doubt that very much. Oil India want to develop oil fields and extract oil, Natlata just want to make a quick buck by whatever means. | dbarr0n
01/9/2015 17:37 | some geezer rang me up checking id got my voting papers, and was I going to vote! | currypasty
01/9/2015 17:32 | Just an aside last year Natlatla agreed not to stir anything for the next 12 months after the AGM, thats now up. As far as Oil India go they wanted stability of management at the start of the investment from them they have had that now, believe me Oil India get on very well with Maxi the Indians like the Russians they would have no issues dealing with them anyway I want Natlatla to make a bid not just get on the BOD. | thetoonarmy2
01/9/2015 17:00 | time to load-up it seems.RNS coming? | rockin robin
01/9/2015 14:59 | sean - you may recall, last year Natlata wanted to vote out the entire board with the exception of TH. It would be somewhat inconsistent for them to now seek his removal don't you think? | steelwatch
01/9/2015 14:45 | DbWhat happens if the existing BOD members up for reselection do not get voted in.I would expect then that the remaining BOD members would agree to appoint some Natlata people to the BOD with no voting required.Wee Tom might be glad to have more time to drum up support for BB over at PCI.VGLTA | seangwhite
01/9/2015 11:22 | Sean ... How can you see a few BOD places going to Natlata ? . As far as I am aware there has not been anyone else put forward for any of the director positions. | dbarr0n
01/9/2015 09:57 | wow repost others posts to proove a point and get moderated , light hearted banter taken over the top by some .guess its time to go blue on adfvn | tens machine
01/9/2015 09:37 | Please let's not get personal here as BBs are worth only what the input is.The AGM is going to be here in short notice as is T502 results.I can see a few BOD places being given to Natlata & Co and if Wee Tom has to leave his mate BB will always buy him a big lunch. The POO is a factor for all E&Ps and some comment by PTR on how cash flow is going might be of some use to all.Fingers crossed for T502 to come in over 500bopd.VGLTA | seangwhite
