Right, I think the bears had a go, knowing a few punters will close out after the divi and last time they sneaked it down, contract news came out, I'm happy holding,haven't bought anymore. I have plenty though.

Doing well so far as long as we close over 440.
Contract win will be a good push up to taste 490.

I doubt will hear from SFO before next year. so hopefully a good push up with contract wins and be over £5 before end of the year :)

Otherwise I'd be interested to know what you thing about NXT plc in short term? I ve shorted this when it was £48.9 thinking that the market has overreacted given that it jumped by more than 12% in one day but it is still climbing (I am still convinced this will revert to £45 but start having a doubt now so would like to know what you thinking of it please :)

PFC doing fine today after going X Divi.I am happy to get the divi on the 20th of Oct.More contract news to come yet.Share price will go above £5 IMHO.You just have to look up RRL etc. All doing fine now.SFO should chek out some of the crooks on AIM !!
Yes,the $ getting stronger has dropped the Miners today.Nothing goes up in a stragiht line.

Around 8p in accounts on 20 Oct

Added more EME on the pull back this morning, will put some of those profits into PFC and add more.

Divi ok here but more exciting will be contract news and eventually next year, a successful outcome to the SFO investigation ie. Charges dropped. Higher oil prices will be supportive and encourage investors.

Yes,any further interest rate rise in the US should eventually force the B.O.E to start raising rates sooner rather than later.

It may also help push my Lloyds shares back up again rather than down to the 50 pence that I have been anticipating.

So an uneventful day. Just the normal ebb and flow of bull and bears traps slowly taking money off the nervy.The shorters didn't close to 'avoid paying the divi'. Investors didn't come in to 'buy the divi' either. Everyone just waiting for what the Fed says about interest rates and QE.Another contract tomorrow please.

Yes Mr.5%.
As I have posted,invest only in something you have faith in.If you believe the Stock Market is sure to crash in the near future then physical Gold is a good investment.
Nothing wrong in trading shares of a Co that are volatile.I have made a trade as well,which I posted on this BB. The Market can crash tomorrow or in a couple of years.No one knows. Past history of the Market does not follow currently,the low of averages can vary. I only put in the Market that I can afford to lose,etc,etc.

We don't have a riplacement for oil yet. We need Co's like PFC to service the oil fields.PFC are also going into renewable energy service field. They have won major contracts as well.The SFO investigation is already priced in the share price.
The SFO fine is over stated and over hyped.No one knows if there is going to be a fine to pay or not by PFC. PFC has hired a top gun solicitor to defend itself, etc.
I believe the fair share price to be above £5.50/£6.Time will tell. Hence I am holding on to my 15K shares,I may buy some more if the Shorters manage to bring the price down to my likeing. This is a solid Co and all will come good in the future.Hence I am an investor in PFC fundamentals,as I believe in them.
The modern Stock Market is a Casino. Algos trading in mili seconds and Shorters playing their games. Not all the time Shorters win, they get burnt at times as well. Oddy lost a fortune shorting shares. I love a gamble and I enjoy it to win.
I also sleep very well.
