Advfn service has been shocking lately, I'll be seeking a month's subscription refund at least.

We may see an attempt @ 435p today but not sure if there is enough fuel in the tank yet to close over this level.

AQR and Worldquant still increasing their shorts on Tuesday, although a bit less aggressively than on the previous 2 trading days.

3.48% AQR as of 20/6 (vs 3.35% 19/6, 3.15% 16/6, 3.00% 14/6)
1.02% Worldquant as of 20/6 (vs 0.97% 19/6, 0.87% 16/6, 0.69% 15/6)

So between them they added just 0.18% on Tuesday, vs 0.30% Monday, 0.33% Friday)

AQR also increased its Wood Group short on Tuesday to 3.63% and has Petrofac and Wood Group as its 2 biggest shorts (by % of shorted company) on the FCA spreadsheet.

Just moving up as the oil prices tweaks higher, could do with a major hurricane to get the oil price to move back above $50bl.

Volumes light this week, everyone is either at Ascot or watching on the Telly.

It's beginning to look a lot like lift off.Seem to be more trades with sizes in the thousands, rather than just those in the hundreds that I assume are HFT price manipulation.Agree with others though - that until it punches beyond 440 this could fizzle out again.

shorts really should close if they know what is good for themif this company is half as bent as some people seem to think, the trading update will be sugar coated to the hiltim not sure whether to sell a few before, but anyone staying short - without expert internal knowledge about pfc - is certainly taking a big riskdownside is say 25% from here but upside could be 100%, so great odds imv
