Although very quiet at the moment, I can confirm 2 things:

1). The CP met the Iraqi PM in Paris last week and meeting was considered 'positive'

2). The CP continue to strongly state that they intend to take control of Petrel, hopefully by end of this year.

I know no other details on either of these. I remain positive (but painfully bored waiting!).

Next year's Iraqi election is on the 6th June. (an easy one to remember D-day). They are said to have severe fiscal problems due to a lack of oil revenue. I just hope that we have our deal sorted well before then.
