DH might not be allowed to leave Ireland. I believe that they are on lockdown. Since July the Iraqi top brass have toured America and now Europe. If we are waiting on the oil law, for fxxxs sake get it passed! I was heartened to hear that the boss of Total had a second meeting with the Iraqi oil Minister in Paris, just a few weeks on from when they last met. We might have a part to play in any deal. As JT once said; crumbs off the table will do.

DH can go to Iraq anytime since July when business trips were aloud. It's October now so missed the plane I take it.
