31/10/2020 12:56 | I suggest you stop spinning f66 you are sounding desperate now! The information I gave is current and completely up to date. Why should they appear to be confident of something happening by year end? You are talking rubbish now because you have been caught out. Telephone yourself if you are that concerned. You wont though because you know it will close you down on this point. | bountyfull

30/10/2020 19:48 | If you have contacted them - did you ask the correct question - depending upon how long ago you asked - they would have to appear to be confident of something happening before the year was up - otherwise they give you inside information that they expect no resolution - info that others are not party to - so they assume the answer is that the injunction stands until the issue is resolved - however that can still fit with the expectation that something would be resolved prior to the year ending However the year is almost up - I suggest you ask again giving exact details of what happens when the year is up ? | fenners66
30/10/2020 18:40 | Of course the lock-in period was for only a period of 12 months but the broader interlocutory injunction is in force and means the lock-in shares cannot be sold until the court lifts the injunction following its review. That review is dependent upon a number of factors and of course cannot be left undone for ever. But the lock-in shares cannot be sold now or around 25 November. We do not have to wait to 25 November though to find out - anyone concerned can email PET or the CP to find out that you are spinning and that I am telling the truth. Give it ago f66 - you may learn something? | bountyfull
30/10/2020 18:25 | Once the 25th Nov comes around we will see for ourselves when they start selling shares.... | fenners66
30/10/2020 18:24 | The "lock-in" is for a period of 12 months or earlier if they made an investment . its simple a temporary injunction does not re-write contracts or invent a new law preventing someone from ever selling their shares..... | fenners66

30/10/2020 16:50 | BigBudda 30 Oct '20 - 15:57 - 17855 of 17855 "then the Jungle Drums will drive the share price north on several fronts " once again he says it all hinges on rumour and not based upon the company's actual prospects he may be right that rumour is enough - but then who would be left holding the hand grenade when the music stops ? | fenners66
30/10/2020 16:47 | Bountyfull - they cannot sell until around the 25th NOV 2020 Read the previous posts "An “interlocutory cause of action is pending hearing (in some cases even before process has been initiated by a plaintiff) and accordingly by it’s very nature, is provisional or temporary," It has been used in this case to enforce the ORIGINAL Lock-in agreement - "for a period being the earlier of 12 months from the date of Admission or the date of completion of a Substantial Transaction" It is NOT used to create a new open ended agreement - which you seem to think is infinite ..... If you cannot understand that ...... | fenners66
30/10/2020 15:57 | Once the new Oil Law gets passed which it will then the Jungle Drums will drive the share price north on several fronts and ignite the rocket it is long overdue and the long suffering shareholders can smile again GLA and a good weekend | bigbudda |
