03/11/2016 15:23 | Melf , Is the reduction in the one Merchant contribution as a result of increased turnover elsewhere ?? Which is the ideal situation to have . | oohrogerpalmer
03/11/2016 15:07 | The H1 2016 report said that the group had one merchant which contributed 20% of revenue. It was 29% in H1 2015. So the reliance on this one merchant is reducing year on year, but as I mentioned , I think this makes the market nervous. Long time holders and readers of this BB will know that it is believed that the merchant is Bet365 although I don't think the company has ever published this. | melf
03/11/2016 14:44 | What percentage of revenue is from one merchant Melf? | filmster
03/11/2016 13:53 | Thanks Wolf, and of course hope you're right. Even if it doesn't get announced at the forthcoming update, I'm sure it's just a matter of time. I've long thought that PAYS' lowly rating is much to do with nervousness that a significant chunk of revenue still comes from one merchant and in particular their activity in China. As our income continues to increase from other revenue streams and that customer becomes less and less material we should rerate naturally. However, I'm sure, as you say, PAYS would be more highly valued on NASDAQ. | melf
03/11/2016 13:34 | A dual nasdaq listing would be a real dream come true as the share price would definitely re rate towards a forward p/e of at least 15 which is big upside from here. One can but only dream! | salpara111
03/11/2016 13:11 | Melf - I see PAYS have added another event - 10 Nov Citi Tech Conf in NY It will be one year next week since we changed the name to Paysafe from Optimal Payments and entered the FTSE250 One year on and the full significance of that name change could about to be realised - my money is on an announcement of a dual listing on NASDAQ in the Qtrly update on the 8th - followed by presentation at 3 tech conferences in NOV/DEC Once listed(poss Jan 17) I expect we will see a re-rating - 15 to 20 ; possibly as high as 25 as individual states approve on-line gambling | wolfhound1
03/11/2016 10:54 | Starting to look perky again and seems as though we have left the bottom. It would be nice to keep this moment up for the trading update. | jarega85
02/11/2016 14:47 | I think so Melf - and explains the name change away from Optimal Payments to Paysafe | wolfhound1
02/11/2016 14:22 | I wonder if we'll need a NASDAQ listing to achieve his target??? | melf
02/11/2016 14:08 | I agree Lomax99 - Melf's extraction of EH9's link tells us what JL gameplan is.... to more than triple the share price from its recent high of 470p - so lets round that to 1500p “Certainly we have aspirations of pursuing very aggressive growth and hopefully we can ramp up to a number closer to $10 billion" Certainly - the likes of Worldpay and Ingenico will feel PAYS is really a threat at $10bn - in fact Vantive might also | wolfhound1
02/11/2016 13:44 | Thanks EH9.....the paragraph I like the most :-) “Our market cap has gone from about $5 million in 2008 to about $200 million in 2011 and it was about $3 billion U.S. in 2015,” reveals Leonoff. “Certainly we have aspirations of pursuing very aggressive growth and hopefully we can ramp up to a number closer to $10 billion over a certain period of time. It’s been a great story and a lot of hard work. Now it’s a mix of Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom but certainly this was a very Canadian-centric story for a long time.” | melf
02/11/2016 13:36 | have PAYS also just launched GOLO in Germany ? hxxps://www.golocal. | wolfhound1
02/11/2016 13:27 | I hope nothing materialises, it may take a while longer, but I can see us going much higher under our own steam. | lomax99
02/11/2016 12:57 | My 525-550 was predictated on this being the opening salvo - so 600-650 p as a final share price is entirely plausible (and still very cheap in my opinion) In arriving at the 525-550 target I looked at share price pre Brexit : - around 400p on average over the two weeks - GBP depreciated by 20/25% and 95% profits are not earned in GBP so all things being equal share price should have risen to 500p - great interim trading update - increased share price by about 10% so say 550p Of course had that been the case then certainly 650p+ would be a starting point and not 525-550p I suggested. I guess I keep coming back to what someone on this board suggested in an earlier post - were the shorts instigated pre Brexit towards some greater purpose ...... to take the momentum out of a rapidly rising share price ?? 550p being a 25-30% premium over the current share price and a steal for any overseas buyer. | wolfhound1
02/11/2016 12:50 | Also just topped up . | kayandpee
02/11/2016 10:36 | I agree, lomax99. | dogwalker
02/11/2016 10:03 | Anyone trying it at that level would face some stiff competition, can't see this being taken out much below £6 - £6.50 (from it's current level). | lomax99
02/11/2016 09:45 | At current share price we are something like a forward PE of 10 - I would not be shocked if we see a bid materilise in short order for about 525p to take PAYS out on the cheap | wolfhound1
02/11/2016 08:53 | Just topped up. Have been in PAYS since 90p and it has been the backbone of my SIPP. These falls are normal. | slaccs
02/11/2016 08:33 | Have to admit I didn't think we would ever see the 420s again. Either there is bad news next week or we are due a big bump. The problem with the share price being walked down aggressively means that even if the update is good we will then be looking to get back to 450 yet again rather than advance towards 500. Still, I am not selling and assuming next week brings a good update I will look to add at current levels. | salpara111
02/11/2016 08:27 | Doesn't help with the US election results looming at the same time with Trump potentially a winning candidate!Looking forward to results, but I'd also think we should be near the bottom for a bounce! Even I'm considering topping up if it goes any lower and I'm heavily invested! | jarega85
02/11/2016 08:16 | eerily quiet here. I note the MM's are adopting their usual trick of marking it down on little/no volume, now -5.8 /-1.3% down on only 93k traded! Roll on the results.... | lomax99
02/11/2016 08:14 | The shake's really on this morning. | melf |
