Patience is needed here, the volatility has lessened now(narrow BB's)the price has gone above top BB 3 times recently, this is usually very bullish. In any case the story looks very rosy for the future and so we sit back and let it do its thing.Dont Panic.

Why would they do that if I may ask? Why not just go ahead and announce the deal,if there is one?

Here's the website for GOLO:

If you put Neteller's Montreal address in the search field you'll get an idea of how it works. 2 Boulevard Alexis-Nihon

I notice there's a also a GOLO runner app available for the delivery guy to use.

Agreed RalphMalf

Ditto with GOLO - easy for a single large retailer name to replace "GOLO" - update product list for all of its own products instore ( link direct to inventory management system) with own "store-card wallet" - hey presto you have a white-label solution for a large retailer with all the analytics !!!

2 Birds one stone !!

FANS has in-app ordering of food and also has an "in game Offers" feature so not too hard to tie that into location and use in GOLO.

From what I saw of the video GOLO is the end product of the integration of the FANS development work that has been on-going since the acquisition last May

Leading edge geolocation (Bluetooth etc) only likely with major retailer proposition implementation otherwise geolocation would be based on gps.

Correct somebody is reading this board then to have security access put on again as there were various "unreleased" Paysafe vids on their for Money2020.

No what they were promoting on he video was retailer puts product set on the GOLO platform. Customer needs to buy flowers, local shops for location offered. Flowwers chosen and purchased via app. Retailer looking at orders on tablet prepares order. Customer walks in shop shows phone with order confirmation and collects flowers.

The marketing tagline was GOLO - Connecting you with your community.

So I assumed next steps would be location based marketing as it is the obvious next move.

ralph..your GOLO video link doesnt work anymore...or is it just me?

I would like to understand if they use network of bluetooth beacons along with satellite navigation to connect consumers with traders...as in proximity marketing?

I see them as two distinct product offerings

GOLO - This looks like a tailored solution for SITs ( small independent traders) - also cheaper option than Visa or Mastercard for the retailer ...GOLO works for both Local and Low Cost..

IBM - White-label product clients can self brand - more about providing the plumbing for stores to run their own store card - potentially v highly lucrative as it scales immediatly to the retails customerbase. Your wallet could include a "store credit limit" approved for big/regular purchasers.

Just watched the GOLO video again - If they get this right it is better than any deal with IBM. They key is getting users to install the GOLO app which with integration or links from all the people using Skrill or Neteller should be achievable.

I would imaging that there are no fees to retailers to get as many on board as quickly as possible.

Do not know if this has been pasted but it is the Pays GOLO promotional video Other videos for Money2020 launch on the left hand side as well.

I may have changed my mind about GOLO when is is pronounced in a husky femine voice.

Also looks likes it is a competitor to the tablet based PayPal solution used by small retailers.

It also mentions connecting merchants to the community. I wonder is this is some kind of location based marketing element. I.e use GPS to send pop-up "Flower shop 100m form here with 20% discount now on."
