I think we just need some patience with regards to M&A - Given our current relative rating, confirmation of a solid set of numbers, strong profit to cash conversion and encouraging noises about prospects should really suffice while we are waiting.

Surprised nothing had leaked out so as to push the price up.

There is no way they would have attracted Tim Thurman and Oscar Noeboer unless the company has exciting plans for 2017....

I know this has been mentioned, but not sure if it was posted. Anyway

I would expect more of the same tomorrow.

I wouldn't bet on an acquisition tomorrow, but surely this level of growth has to be reflected in the share price at some point..

There are a tonne of new marketing and brand 2.0 roles as well as technology roles advertised on the side in the last two weeks. Looks well geared up to integrate something/roll-out something

Heliwell, look at appointments being made and the calibre, these people are joining the journey as they see the potential, once next acquisition whenever it is , is announced , paysafe will be re rerated nearer sector average as the gambling revenue will be diluted, also remember that usa will at some point legalise online gambling as its such a massive black market opportunity to tax.
these all combine to create a good forward vision, its grow or be swallowed in this sector now as has happened in many other growth sectors over the years.
shorters gave opportunity to increase holding at low price, I will sit and wait for newsflow to push share price again, any short attacks I will buy into until either I am proved wrong and have to work a little longer, or I trust my instincts and achieve my goals.
better to have tried and failed than never tried at all. good luck to all tomorrow.

Longwell, been listening to these claims for years and we are still at a massive discount to peers which is why I trade pays. But I hope you are right on this occasion. G L A.

will finish red , low volume and everyone will react tomorrow on concrete facts, shorters have done us a favour short term, if you hold shares like me, let the story unfold, share price hits 7.00 by year end and a healthy profit, expanding company and 2 more years off my retirement date.

Wouldnt it be nice if IBM merged IBMpay into Paysafe's wallets?

very quiet here, would expect some press coverage into next week?, I hope Tuesday provides some fireworks, this is way to undervalued, confirmation of results and forward guidance alone should send price north without acquisition news. may see a dip Tuesday followed by a sharp rise, freed up funds ready, gla.

Paysafe will not touch safecharge. It's just not ballsy and would be overpaying given it's a public company way over the

If PAYS is looking for a UK acquisition perhaps Safecharge, Paypoint or Earthport would fit the bill.

Paysafe appoints Tim Thurman as Chief Digital Officer

Former Australian Stock Exchange CIO and tech leader to drive next level of Group's digital transformation

3 March 2017 - London: Paysafe Group plc (PAYS.L), a leading global payments provider, has appointed digital technology innovator Tim Thurman as its Chief Digital Officer, reporting to Paysafe President and CEO Joel Leonoff. Thurman, who will join the company on 27 March, will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of Paysafe's digital technology capabilities across its platforms and payment solutions for businesses and consumers globally.

With more than 20 years' technology experience, Thurman will join Paysafe from the Australian Securities Exchange, a world-leading financial market exchange running one of the largest data centers in Australia, where he served as Chief Information Officer for five years. Thurman was instrumental in defining and executing the ASX Technology Transformation Strategy. Before his move to Paysafe, Thurman Chaired the Government Advisory Board for the New South Wales Data Analytics Centre (DAC). He provided leadership and technical guidance to the DAC to ensure data sharing between the government agencies was efficient and strategic. In November 2016, Thurman was recognised as a top-three CIO in the inaugural CIO50 list for the country.

Prior to that, he was based at Credit Suisse Canada as Head of Information Technology. Thurman has also served as Head of Client Development and Sales at Alpha Trading Systems and as VP and Director, Alternative Execution Group at investment business TD Newcrest. TD Newcrest was part of TD Securities and owned by TD, one of the largest banks in Canada. Thurman has also held executive positions with the Toronto Stock Exchange and several positions with IBM Global Services.

Paysafe President and CEO Joel Leonoff said: "From a technology perspective we are focused on building the future of payments, creating the next generation of payment platforms and technology capabilities to connect businesses and consumers around the world with frictionless, borderless and empowering digital solutions. As a proven leader in digital transformation projects at scale, Tim's technology, product and commercial expertise, make him the ideal person to take our digital payments development to the next level and cement Paysafe's pioneering technology leadership."

Thurman, who will be based in Paysafe's Montreal office, added: "Paysafe has been at the forefront of transforming the payments landscape for many years. I am delighted to be joining the payments group at such an exciting time and look forward to working with Joel and the Paysafe teams around the world to help drive the evolution of the online and digital payments business."

Tss market cap is 5x pays and as a quoted company the offer would be messy vs skrill which was not quoted. At least with a merger of two market caps the same it's not messy!

TSS's ProPay - also provides a wallet, in addition the wider TTS business is well connected to Banks and SME - which would be ideal for bringing scale to GOLO - TSS has $3 bn in revenue and also growing at about 30-35% p.a. also trades on a PE of 30+

Just so happens our Chairman Dennis Jones is their SVP &COO of international operations - so I am sure integration would be well understood

Although I am sure the latter is just a fortunate coincidence

Retail consumer wallet i.e. Non-gambling. aci would provide tonnes of functionality allowing big retailers to launch their own wallets provided by paysafe/aci just as coop did last week.

Agree nurdin and that would probably provide a better re-rate.

Volumes this afternoon look a bit suspicious.
