@nurdin, but surely forums such as these are platforms where people can voice their opinions/speculations. We as readers can choose to accept, reject or be neutral to any information based on our own knowledge and research. Becoming emotional about posts/posters will probably be counterproductive. Wild speculation is surely fine, wild things happen. It's the intention behind the speculation, and usually from my experience those posts that intend to promote fear or greed in investors often stand out from the others and thankfully I feel they are less common than the genuine ones.

Yes unfortunately there is too much of a tendency here to speculate ..wildly in some cases!

I note that brokers have brought their revenue forecasts in line with guidance now.Amazingly we are rated at just 2x forecast revenues compared to WPG who are at 5x !

from new twitter pages it looks like PAYS ( skrill & Neteller) are in addition to providing the payment solutions are now also becoming a distributor of product - is that correct ?

Yes, the doubling in size is an historic comment. To do so again this year will take another acquisition. But the market hasn't valued PAYS on the last acquisition properly. It's still trying to do so.

On 7th March you'll get more details on that 1 billion in revenue, 300 million EBITDA at 30% margins, debt being reduced significantly, with organic growth for the coming year confirmed at low double digit. Company doubling in size every 12 months. Should n't be valued at a pe of 10 that's for sure.

Any acquisition is not really relevant to the financials at this point.

Of course a 'bold' acquisition is coming for sure.

An PAYS nearly always upgrades on announcements..

The news appears to be for end users of the tech. It doesn't strike me as being financially material otherwise we would have to have an RNS. It could be just the rebranding into a single entity.
My problem here is people creating sky high expectations, particularly for March 7th. Suppose they are still only working on the next M & A and it takes until October? Are you all going to be majorly let down on March 7th. Only playing into the naysayers hands I think.
JL has put himself under pressure I think with the buybacks and the counter-shorter activities. I hope there is something in the bag by March 7th but if there isn't it doesn't change the medium term outlook here.

Suspect the twitter news is coming.... perhaps a branding refresh, which would not merit an RNS.
