06/3/2017 22:07 | NfuLol My lovely fairer wife spends like you say I like to invest though to make more money which tends to work for me quiet well especially in this market .That is until she gets her mitts on it !! | 2bluelynn
06/3/2017 21:40 | Get an early night for an early start !! Here is to a great update and hopefully news Either way it is still worth more than current share price !! Gla | wolfhound1
06/3/2017 20:51 | All the time, just remember that the stock is trading at just 10.9x current years forecast earnings. These forecasts could be upgraded substantially on any major acquisition. If there is a mark down for whatever reason, one would be foolish not to take advantage of the opportunity to buy! | ![]() nurdin
06/3/2017 20:45 | Kuss... MalcommI do agree and thank you for your postsMalcomm you've been a good poster on this board for a long time so appreciate your post I do agree any fall tomorrow will bounce back so I'm with you to buy if it does I did sell half my holding to hedge a touch time will tell if this was a savvy move or not . I don't normally do this but as no Divi it takes a touch of risk off the table for me Oh and my wife's seen the new rangrover Vella sport that's been launched and needs some cash now how is it women spend as soon as you get a bit I would love to know the support levels in advance ,I'm sure four pound must be a good one to get in at but if that goes are we 3.75 ?? Time will tell unless there's any chartist on the board tonight who might help . Many thanks | 2bluelynn
06/3/2017 20:23 | I think that the shorters have made investors nervous but I think sentiment will change in time especially after a decent acquisition .Institutions are quite happy to hold and upgrade.Barclays advised its investors to buy on the last short attack. If they do fall tomorrow first thing I have £xxxxx at the ready as I think they will recover pretty smartly.Careful of any stop loss on open as the mms will have your shares on the cheap | ![]() malcolmmm
06/3/2017 20:00 | Shortly after the results last year didn't this hit 4.30. And that was with EBITDA at 153 million, lower revenue and margins and higher debt. So it's been a fantastic year for Pays. Results can be volatile of course, but you can't deny those figures and in the end they are the main measure of success. And the pound is also 25% cheaper for a company earning a lot in foreign currency... | ![]() kuss1
06/3/2017 19:22 | HeliweliFunny that I feel the same as you do ........ I have 25 thousand shares in these so a fairly big part of my portfolio . I just wonder if the news is priced in already and like another post says if nothing spectacular pops up in the statement tomorrow it might get sold off quiet hard in the morning . Any way I sold today half my holding at 4.25 and If it drops tomorrow I will buy back with all my money i raised today . If it goes up big style happy days for everyone and I would be very happy too.All the fundamentals are there but I do find the market so fickle and you have to think market makers arnt stupid and love to buy cheap if they can .. any excuse to knock this share back a bit they will and have done it before . I also thought some short positions might of been closed out today but I don't think that's happened so again a little wary . Can I ask are there any good chartist out there on the board that can tell me if it does tank tomorrow where the support is ? I'm thinking four pound seems obvious but if that fails where is it after four pound . I hope it's four pound eighty in the morning not three pound eighty so good luck all and as I say there's a lot of very savy investors on this board which is good to see so any thoughts much appreciated . Thank you in advance | 2bluelynn
06/3/2017 18:00 | seems very subdued on here today... | stockbob
06/3/2017 17:51 | Not really expecting much to be honest (which is good) and I said the same before the 12 jan update. The buybacks have mitigated the Ant Hill Mob and investors should appraise themselves of anything new in the conf call. Anything else is book talking. | ![]() steptoes yard
06/3/2017 17:43 | For those that were perhaps expecting fireworks on the share price today ..history doesn't support that expectation - here is how PAYS share price behaved the day before Skrill acqn : Pro-forma share price ( adjusted for dilution effect) Open : 243.79 Low : 235.08 High : 246.69 Close: 243.06 relatively flat on the day Today Open : 421.50 Low : 417.27 High : 425.90 Close: 422.60 relatively flat on the day | wolfhound1
06/3/2017 17:21 | Yes, we know revenue will be more than 1 billion but not exactly by how much. EBITDA = 300 million, would be surprised if it will be much more than that. Margins maintained. Debt further reduced. Update on current trading which I would expect to be strong. That's the bottom line but it makes PAYS ridiculously cheap. Acquisition would be a bonus, but I'm not expecting there to be one. I prefer to read negative sentiment before results though. | ![]() kuss1
06/3/2017 17:16 | It's been well ramped up the past couple of months so anything less than fantastic will be a disappointment to most. | ![]() f1araway
06/3/2017 17:12 | Perhaps it is because the market already knows what to expect going by their last trading update: Trading update for year ended 31 December 2016 -Paysafe expected to surpass $1 billion revenue milestone in FY 2016 -FY revenue and adjusted EBITDA expected to be ahead of market consensus Brokers have already upgraded their forecasts following that statement so no surprises tomorrow! | ![]() nurdin
06/3/2017 16:31 | Not as excited this time on eve of results, got a bad feeling. Hope I'm wrong. | ![]() heliweli
06/3/2017 16:16 | If it had not been for the fake news ( lies ) incident we would have been around the £5 mark going into results. | ![]() heliweli
06/3/2017 16:02 | you have to think the share price has risen considerably already. People taking profits. Also if results don't include any new news then I would expect share price to go down tomorrow. Hopefully they will be new info to boost the share price as I'm one who's holding for the longer term | filmster
06/3/2017 16:00 | Annoying that all Indices are down today. Was hoping for another week of rising indices to carry us along nicely into another upward trajectory. Still we will see what tomorrow brings. Fingers crossed and good luck to all. | ![]() the juggler
06/3/2017 15:32 | Odd however that the share price is flat/down ahead of what are expected to be good results, with possibility of new deals announcement | ![]() nurdin

06/3/2017 13:46 | Worldpay will make paysafe shine by comparison tomorrow and we may pick up coverage by more analysts as a result | ![]() eh9 |
