This appears to be a well-run, interesting company with good fundamentals and a high dividend yield. Woodford (largest shareholder still) has been a persistent seller over the past year (from 13.7m last May to 10.7m now). If his selling is forced to some degree, the share price may be being held back. EDIT: Meanwhile Liontrust has been adding.

A sound strategy would be to do the opposite of what Woodford does.

If I had the money, I'd buy this company since it's making good money and grow it into something new.

At our local Tesco express a customer was complaining that from last Monday they were only accepting cash for Paypoint transactions and refusing all cards including Debit cards.

Struggling to find reasons not to buy this. The numbers look good, almost too good. What's the catch? Main red flag for me is the PayByPhone acquisition. They bought PayByPhone in 2010 and sold it in 2016. It could be that it simply fell victim to their drive to simplify the business and was a good business decision to sell, or it could indicate poor judgement, I dont know.
