This appears to be a well-run, interesting company with good fundamentals and a high dividend yield.

Woodford (largest shareholder still) has been a persistent seller over the past year (from 13.7m last May to 10.7m now). If his selling is forced to some degree, the share price may be being held back.

EDIT: Meanwhile Liontrust has been adding.

At our local Tesco express a customer was complaining that from last Monday they were only accepting cash for Paypoint transactions and refusing all cards including Debit cards.
