Everything is recovering nicely today apart from the Labour Party, next week will be better IMO some of the money on the side lines will start finding its way back into the market so I’m predicting a move up to £11 here so I’m gonna keep holding GLA

EDIT 2: On page 64 of the 2018 Annual Report it shows that he held 553k shares at the time of his stepping down from the board. So it seems he has liquidated his entire holding. hTTps://corporate.paypoint.com/downloads/annualreports/annualreport_2018.pdf

Solid looking outlook Outlook Whilst the financial performance of the business will be influenced by parcel volumes and continued resilience in UK bill payments over the second half, the progress of the business during the first half, reported today, underpins the Board’s confidence that as PayPoint’s growth drivers continue to develop, there will be progression in profit before exceptional items and tax for the full financial year to 31 March 2020. Dividend payments is confusing due to the change of payment schedule. It's laid out in a clearer way in the presentation that came up after the RNS: hTTps://corporate.paypoint.com/downloads/investorcentre/2019/results_presentation_2019_half_year_final.pdf So it seems that the total DPS will be 84p for 2019, a small increase from last year but still represents a monster well covered yield of about 8.5%!

Seems like a decent enough set of results, over 15000 PayPoint One sites, exceeding original target, markets in general today not helping the share price but long term PayPoint looking solid IMO GLA

Lower reported profits but that's excluding the one off VAT benefit. Costs have increased but it seems it was used for service improvement and MS Dynamics NAV implementation (great ERP which I've been using for 5 years). Don't like the net cash becoming net debt, wouldn't mind if they eased off the divi increased to maintain a positive cash balance. "Costs increased by £3.0 million to £33.2 million. Underlying costs which excludes the prior period VAT benefit of £1.7 million increased by £1.3 million (4.1%). The increase in underlying cost was primarily due to investment in customer service through additional resources for the contact centre, the parcels team, to roll out the parcel proposition to new partners, and the client service team. Beautiful golden Cross forms on the daily if results are good the weekly chart looks fantastic also one of the best I've seen in a longtime all converging together and all just turned up. If 993 breaks next stop 1090 which to be honest is still cheap for Pay, been range bound for years great company though that must be said truthfully
