Hi lochlea.

I did look at that tweet on the local radio station last month, however I disregarded it as being spurious.

Looks like they really need to deliver something on Calcatreu. Ever hopeful for some news on the drilling before the middle of Feb. I still believe Calacatreu is the best prospect PGD have ever had. If it turns out to be a duffer, I don't know where they will take PGD.

Abit disappointing but it's only marginally missed actually slightly less than 5%. The costs for production are very cheap as well. With such a tiny mkp this has massive upside in my opinion

Except for Calcatreu all the historic exploring was done by those who are no longer with the Co. (ie Humphries + Sale + Boyce).

Over £200m invested + 5 years of actual production (albeit small scale) and still a substantial debt showing on the balance sheet.

GS, they are far better Explores than miner for sure and the Miguens family is the true BIG beast of locals who know precisely where the gold is, hence the forthcoming Calcatreu discovery, hopefully BIG, along with recently announced 4 free property from GoldCorp Before its takeover by Newmont, goodies leave to friends !!! See all new institution shareholders !! Long term play for a big takeover bid by majors when gold price start to shoot up soon! This is the game here I believe !! GLA

The "dreaded Friday rns" just about sums up our long-running frustration & disappointment here.

Don't know if you picked up on a (somewhat suspicious) post by a new poster on another BB back in November ref Calcatreu. See c&p below. Any thoughts?

More poor news showing underperformance. Things here were beginning to look up, then the directors put out the dreaded Friday rns, with more excuses. Lets hope they are better explorers than they are miners. Role on the Calcatreu news.

Anyone care to have a guess at the PGD free float?

IMO it looks to be tiny, given 24m shares in issue, with the concert party owning over 60%. That leaves around 9.6m shares on the open market of which a percentage will be LTH's. My thought is, if say 50% (pure guess) are LTH's that leaves a free float of 4.8m shares

It will be interesting to see the price movement if PGD were to ever put out some really good news. Not that that's happened for a very long time.

"on October the 8th, the contractor EcoMinera completed the mobilization of machines, equipment and camp to the sector located about 80 kilometers south of Jacobacci, along provincial route 76 and began with their first tasks."

"In this campaign 7000 m of drilling will be completed on targets already defined by the geophys work which has been carried out since March of this year."

"Parallel work will continue with geophys and mapping of other areas within the Calacatreu project. These tasks (drilling, geophys and mapping) will last for approximately 3 to 4 months."

Based on the above the current work on Calcatreu could go on until early February.

Personally, don't think we'll see £10 plus per share until Chubut reverses their mining ban and we can access our property at Huemules with the bonanza gold grades in multiple drill cores ranging from 100+ g/t through 460 g/t all the way up to 2,338 g/t.

That would get me back to break even. But I'll probably be pushing up daisies long before that happens. lol.
