II have told me that they have stopped trading in PANR shares because of the risks involved in them rising so quickly?????.

In fact they won`t let me trade in any shares because I have so many PANR????

Sadly the aim of some is to talk it up to make money whilst others want to talk it down to make money! So whilst there is a common interest in making money the actuality is that you can only do so at the expense of someone elseIf you're to be a winner there has to be a loser which is the reason why the shameless seek to bury good posts or deny and decry their content. Trust nobody not even yourself Q

I'd think the contractor pays for remedial work, but not sure about compensation for lost time if works don't complete in the weather window.

Would the third party contractor not have liability insurance against errors by its employees?I've not seen any mention of this so far related to the cementing error. It just seems strange that people are assuming that PANR themselves will have to bear the additional costs of this mishap. Or maybe the risks involved in the segment are so high that insurance just isn't available at an affordable premium?

Nav, my reading of latest RNS implies that these costings were done with contingency costing too, which the cement issue seemingly falls squarely within that contingency.

ProThey think alkaid 2 will cost 23m, alkaid 3 will cost, theta will cost 15m and testing talitha 5m.They raised 96m so they have plenty to drill 2 alkaid wells.

I never really understand why people on here are not more collegiate. Considering our aim should be one and the same . You don’t have to like someone’s tone , but knowledge is invaluable and should be respected and appreciated. Not sniped at !

Never thought I would be saying it but… pleased to be in PANR compared to everyone else this morning. Almost makes 7 years of misery worthwhile (obviously the 200% share rise helps too but that would be gloating)

The whole saga has resulted in the loss of a few very valuable contributors, telemachus et al.

That’s the real shame. Never mind, the resident technical guru will still be around to misguide readers through the available options should down-hole problems arise 🙂

It's a shame that the guild thread has gone. Not that it ever achieved its worthy purpose of getting the true believers into their own little clique and off this thread with its plethora of heretics, sceptics and agnostics.

So the guild of superior intellectual assets seem to have self-destructed despite a defined objective of select purity in members, intent & content, ending up becoming just another episode of WAG’s (4.6/10-IMDB).. Well, if there ever was a predictable trajectory :-))))

What's taking you so long? Why haven't I been blamed for being the mole in the Guild?

I'm bitterly disappointed.

The most regretful aspect of all of this is that the quality of dialogue on this board was such that Swendab felt it necessary to set up a guild in the first place, to attract back posters who had been repelled. All it takes is a little effort to respond politely and respect that others have differing points of view. Not always easy, I will admit, but should be possible.

I found myself expelled from the Guild. I never made a post but was active reader of all the posts by those way more experienced than myself. Really technica and not some purge.
