21/2/2022 14:41 | Shame that. Would be rid of your miserable outlook. | madd_rip
21/2/2022 14:34 | Ok indeed we are.all learning today different things. So normally they would. Pump the cement through the central hole and pump (squeeze) it up the side between casing and formation.OK is that not a squeeze job?Now they have set cement in the central hold need to drill that out and do a 'squeeze job' to fill the outer gap.OK now presumably this 'squeeze job' is from the bottom so what is difference from the original plan. Apart from drilling out? | officerdigby
21/2/2022 14:33 | Look at it in a positive way by saying we have 17 chances out of 20 of success and only 3 chances of failure. If you’re invested you would obviously look on the bright side instead of constantly wanting to pick holes in every positive news item the Company issues. Why do i bother, he’ll never change... | michaelsadvfn
21/2/2022 14:25 | "ngms2721 Feb '22 - 14:13 - 23234 of 23236 0 0 0 inteligentia8, please read my other posts. 150p was prior to any success with Theta West or Talitha. i.e. If the shares got well ahead of themselves. My expectations re exit are now very much higher, so I won't sell up unless Theta West runs out of time." Hi ngms27, This is a serious question, what's your defintion of success? | 37bodie
21/2/2022 14:24 | 15 magnitudes is “large” and 15% is “relatively large”. At least I’m learning about ngms’ scaling system today. I’m a magnitude happier, relatively speaking, than yesterday 😃. | probabilityofsuccess
21/2/2022 14:15 | 37Bodie, 15 magnitudes is large in my book. Nuff said. | ngms27
21/2/2022 14:14 | Falloden and convertible bond holders derisking by selling into strength They are not primarily risk bearing equity holders, but risk averse debt holders interested primarily in a running yield and preservation of capital | sandcrab2

21/2/2022 14:08 | US markets got nothing to do with the rise........US markets are closed today. I suspect that a lot of hot short term money left this morning and now this afternoon the longer term money is piling in again. | pro_s2009
21/2/2022 14:07 | NGMS it is ok for you to say anything you feel like ...it is excusable since soon we will reach 150p...and you will be long gone ...yet you might get want to read some of the intelligent posting ... follow the link [...] | inteligentia8
21/2/2022 14:05 | ngms27, Many magnitudes, errr only 15 actually. Look at it the other way, proportionally 85% success is not a huge amount less than 99 is it? My point is you accentuate the negative as an automatic reaction to every RNS and we have to wait a long time for a positive response to the "good news" in it. I say "good news" as that's the most you seem to allow yourself to acknowledge. You've probably never bought a lottery or raffle ticket because you can't be guaranteed a win beforehand | 37bodie

21/2/2022 13:41 | Misery, pure abject misery | madd_rip
21/2/2022 13:36 | beetleblue, I never said it was onerous but is does have a relatively high failure rate. 37Bodie, the difference between 1% and 15% failure as you well know is many magnitudes. Seikhspeare1, good reservoir properties would be permeability something like > 10mD and Porosity > 15% If that were the case it wouldn't be flowing 50 bopd. So ultimately it depends in what context they quoted good. i.e. Around or better than expected, or good using standard measurements. | ngms27
21/2/2022 13:36 | Twitter is quite busy with the news of the RNS as well, more than the last successful test at Talitha. | madd_rip
21/2/2022 13:26 | The market is sparking up a bit now. Maybe I did our US brethren a disservice by suggesting they would be on holiday today. | references
21/2/2022 13:22 | Oil rallying again, back over $94.00 expect $100 will be hit before the end of the quarter. PANR getting well bid and the massive buys earlier which was offset by the sells which in the face of todays news was a disappointing mid morning but coming back now.... maybe the market is now realising that in about a week we could (and I suspect they have enough data to know already) that we are proving up the massive Theta West play and flow tests will show she's a gusher :) Which one will we get first TW /SMD or will both complete around the same time and if they both flow will they report them at the same time then the lid is truly getting blown off. | sirmark
21/2/2022 13:14 | "ngms2721 Feb '22 - 08:04 - 23151 of 23221 0 3 1 Squeeze jobs have a relatively high failure rate. When I hear the words in operational updates I start to think a sidetrack might be required. Hopefully we get lucky as the alternative maybe another years delay to test Theta West." "ngms2721 Feb '22 - 09:27 - 23184 of 23221 0 1 0 Pro_S2009, Squueze jobs.....85% success rate. Exactly. So a 15% chance it doesn't work, leaving the only option a sidetrack with the time window running out. That's why we aren't trading much higher on the good success from the SFS which could be a major oilfield in it's own right." Always concentrating on the negative? I wonder if he has children, if so I can imagine it now - Primary school age child come home excited,"Daddy, I had a test in school today and I had 99 answers right out of 100" "You mean you got one wrong?" | 37bodie
21/2/2022 13:11 | At least we know that if they run out of cement they can use what's left of the apple cobbler. | ride daice
21/2/2022 13:10 | Pro_S2009 12:22 - thanks for the informative video. For those who watch it and understand conceptually what needs to be done (and that it's probably common and a relatively-easy undertaking) might save us all from having to listen to some ppl argue about how onerous it will be for PANR to do this task. | beetlesblue
21/2/2022 12:41 | Nice vid btw | madd_rip |
