Agreed Winner

The 140,000k order that was on there Friday @ 84p Friday stopped the rise and yesterday has since disappeared today.

Some great news to breakout of the range would be so welcomed :)

(over to you Jay)

The implications of having moveable, good quality oil in a well 8.5 miles out and downdip from the crest of the structure should not be hard to grasp. The reservoir is expected to get thicker and better all the way to Theta.
If the result is that, and the market does not react, it will present another unmissable top up opportunity. IMHO, of course. The concern will be that if the share price does not react, any predator who knows what they are looking at might be tempted to offer peanuts for the company.

Level 2 fascinating today , the way it’s been played by market makers , the delaying of buys etc .

I just get the feeling that the company is being far too conservative with the estimates of flow rates from those first tests, just looking for moveable oil? However I am no oil person with huge experience.
just one more try

I think the BFF at Talitha is extremely important giving them some invaluably information that can be used at Theta West so we don't have any Kaparuk issues.

What might be argued, is the company as these two zones are immaterially really they might not even RNS them.... not sure how impactful either way will move the share price

pro, how do you mean "explosive"? isn't 600k a small number that's easy to buy back in our daily volumes?

sirmark, certainly many have.

The game plan of the traders will be to slag off the BFF and SFS flow testing news and then buy back in ahead of Theta West news and SMD testing.

Theta West drilling results and SMD testing are the 2 big key events.

BFF at Talitha does not really mean too much as the BFF flow testing will be done at Theta West, all being well.

So at this juncture the risk averse have sold yes and now everyone awaits the next update.

Short position on OTC has risen to over 600K now.....a big rise in January as people hedge their bets - so any good news could be quite explosive as the shorts close.

Awwww dont get all jealous of 88E now scot............ you would absoltely love it if PANR had the same back up that 88E has.

In case you were not aware, the stock market has always been a case of pass the parcel..........thats what it is. Take the gains and get out before the profit warning hits or the well is a duster or whatever has that big hit on the share price.

I have been watching GATC recently spectacularly crash....... lots of people there did not pass the parcel quick enough.

By the way, while you may wax lyrical about the fundamentals you'll find that the majority of ADVFN users just want to make money however they can. They really dont give a toss about your in depth reviews, they just want to see the share price rising.

Have you noticed that the PANR threads are getting quieter now...... a lot less people posting ???

Thats because they are all selling and taking profits and dont want to be holding the parcel on 1st testing news..........

For some light relief from the vagaries of the market this 48 minute clip covers a 1000 mile motor bike drive across Alaska including along the Dalton Highway to Prudhoe Bay. Don't be put off by the first 2 minutes which are in black and white:

Genuine request. Does anyone have access to the most recent Centos note on 88E? If so, any chance of posting a link to it please? Or DM me with a link? There's some figures they use which I need to update a model. Many thanks.
