29/12/2023 15:26 | I see our resident liar and misinformer helpful has been posting pay per post all day today and it's gone blue. Keep it up village idiot. Filtered deliciousness | coeun
29/12/2023 15:25 | Mcmather, if you want a grown up, informed and objective forum, try Flight’s Pantheon channel on Discord. Some heavyweight industry professionals sharing their knowledge. It’s certainly my ‘go to’ board. This board has just been trashed by trolls (doggedly challenged by a couple of trusty stalwarts who struggle to keep it sane). | skybase1
29/12/2023 14:42 | Cor blimey, guv! I suppose that once the liars are well established in the neighbourhood, the thieves will soon follow. Mug punters, clamp your hands over your ears and sew up your pockets. Be careful. | helpfull

29/12/2023 14:12 | Cor blimey, guv! What is the cash situation at Pantheon? Cash at 31 December 2022: $16.3 million. Cash at 30 March 2023: $10.8 million. Cash raised $22 million in May 2023. Cash and cash equivalents at 30 Jun 2023 : $20,661,012 Cash and cash equivalents at at 13 December 2023: $7.8 million This last figure after Dec 2023 debt/interest payment and $0.44 million deposit for Dec 2023 lease auctions. So allowing for late January 2024 placing money the cash position is about $11.9 million on 13 Dec 2023. The $11.9 million should be reduced by $1.4 million for the cash Pantheon will need to pay towards the March 2024 debt/interest payment. And Pantheon will need $1.66 million to pay for the new leases plus the first years annual rental of $660,000 when the lease purchase is completed. That will leave cash and cash equivalents of $6.78 million. Admin. expenses are $620,000 a month. But the company went through about $12 million between 30 Jun 2023 and 13 Dec 2023 ( includes $3 million for SMD test). A cash burn of $2 million a month. EXPECT A CASH RAISE BEFORE NEXT MARCH,PROBABLY IN JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2024 JUST TO KEEP THE COMPANY GOING. Over 50% of shares held by retail. That means you. Be careful. | helpfull
29/12/2023 14:03 | On the subject of OWL .. stop messing with my coins you sad b*stard ... | yombo araka
29/12/2023 14:00 | I've heard that the venerable OWL is proposing a special 'NO SMUT' Guild early 2024. He's currently taking applications from like minded posters. | yombo araka
29/12/2023 13:58 | In post 13100 helpless repeats figures that aren't relevant and don't add up. He had this pointed out to him but he persists in stupidity. His words here, verbatim: '....the cash position is about $11.9 million on 13 Dec 2023. The $11.9 million should be reduced by $1.4 million for the cash Pantheon will need to pay towards the March 2024 debt/interest payment. And Pantheon will need $1.66 million to pay for the new leases plus the first years annual rental of $660,000 when the lease purchase is completed. That will leave cash and cash equivalents of $6.78 million.' so that sum is: +11.9 -1.4 -1.66 -0.66 = 8.18 Then he said this: 'But the company went through about $12 million between 30 Jun 2023 and 13 Dec 2023 ( includes $3 million for SMD test). A cash burn of $2 million a month.' ...and thinks that $2m a month is the spend going forward. Hello? He even noticed that $3m was spent on a drill that's not going to be repeated in the next 6 months, so cash spend is c $1.5m. Conclusion: helpless cannot add up or apply logic to his posts. He is intent on spreading lies to support the bear case which denies anything good about Pantheon, despite 3 of the world's leading oil services companies (Netherland, Sewell & Associates, SLB, Baker Hughes) endorsing the company's finds and estimates of recoverable oil. He is simply not to be trusted. | forwood

29/12/2023 13:42 | Rabito- I’m breaking my own rule about engaging on this thread but at last I am reading something that makes more sense than I have seen on here in a long while. Once we reach 2028, assuming the company has not been bought out in the interim, has DH or a broker estimated what sort of annual net cashflow could PANR be looking at, given $150m could be a possibility by end of 2026? Trying to get a handle on a 2028 possible share price. I suppose one just hangs one’s hat on the $5-10 per barrel value talked about. On 3bn barrels. Reads like an exciting supercharged speculative buy to me. Personally I’d be terrified to be short of the shares, even if there are plenty of potential bumps in the road. 2028 might seem a long way away, but the time will fly by. | references
29/12/2023 13:33 | Cor blimey, guv! $39,000,000,000. Thirty nine billion dollars. Plus inflation. It's not going to happen. “There’s just no money in it. It’s never worked out. It’s never gotten built,” said Larry Persily, who once, under former President Obama, was tasked with trying to get an Alaska gas line constructed. Be careful | helpfull
29/12/2023 13:05 | Not a follower of Zac Mir but he said a few weeks ago 26p by year end and 32p by end January, well he got the first bit right. Cor blimey luv watch and learn.Be honest | mlf51

29/12/2023 12:58 | The $39B is your number not the companies. The company have stated it will take ~$350M (includes 3 wells for Kodiak appraisal) to generate sufficient net operating cash flow to fund all future development growth. So ~$350M to access some $210B of oil revenues (3B x $70). Though personally I believe there will be more the 3B boe produced from these fields and the company have intimated this. The $39B you have suggested would represent some of the biggest oil field services contracts in North America (BH Revenue for 2023 was $24B). Do you think these companies won't want a piece of this given the major players already have supply bases ~10-20km away in Deadhorse and have been developing far worse quality reservoirs over the last 15 plus years in the Lower 48.As David Hobbs stated in the Kodiak Field Presentation (~49.50) when asked about the percentage of possibility of the oil being commercial.'Again we are not in the business of offering percentages you can read into certainly my view on the basis of my investment into the company. The advisors we are working with are in no doubt as to the commerciality of it, but nothing is a certainty in this business.'So these companies believe it's commercial and of course we have seen SLB's modelling as detailed in the 21 November Strategy Update'Development studies by SLB indicate an alternative type curve for the Alkaid horizon substantially in excess of Pantheon's base planning case estimates. Utilising this analysis, Pantheon has created a best estimate using an IP30 of 2,700 bpd and EURs of 1.65 million barrels. Improvements seen in the shelf break horizons in Ahpun and the updip portions of Kodiak would see rates and volumes comfortably exceeding these.Utilising these estimates, and modelling monthly production rates for each well as it is added, the rate of production build up is more rapid with a peak cumulative net cash outflow of $160 million and financial self-sufficiency being achieved before the end of 2026. However, it seems more prudent to plan on the basis of the more conservative type curve.'So we might not even need the $350M, even more so the case with the addition of the new conventional reservoirs accessible from the Dalton. Certainly not as scary as you make out with your made up numbers.Where do you think this goes when we add further independence backing in the form of NSAI Kodiak Update, Aphun Development Plan and CPR and vendor financing.Keep helping | rabito79
29/12/2023 12:34 | Cor blimey luv, the village idiot (unhelpful) has been unrewarded with his billion posts over Xmas as the share prices continues to climb. I see further buyers pile in on 2nd January. HNY! The share price rises are on the back of good volume which bodes well. | padamster |
