02/1/2024 15:07 | 'acarage' ? | tonko bonko
02/1/2024 14:58 | "Helpfull" is clearly short, trying to sow negativity and induce doubt. It is a pity that he is not open and honest about this. I am long, I recognise there are risks (Helpful referrers in post to 13401 to "Why if the future is so certain?"). If there were no risks, the tens of billions of barrels of Oil in lace in PANR's acarage - the share price would be about £10 to £20 per share, not 27p. Currently I feel that the PANR share price is massively oversold. As mentioned though, I am long. Whilst writing, I think that there is a real chance that they may not even need to fundraise! | just one more try
02/1/2024 13:21 | Helpfull, What is the going rate for your perpetually negative posts about Pantheon? 20p each? You really are the laughing stock of this thread :-)) | mike290
02/1/2024 13:09 | More drivel from the flailing failure | coeun
02/1/2024 12:15 | Get ready for the next leg up, helpless! | forwood
02/1/2024 12:07 | Must be hard being a bear at the moment. All you've got at your disposal is a false and dishonest narrative of company achievements and intentions that are easily countered by reference to the facts and statements from the company and highly reputable 3rd parties. So you sell at a point you think it's not going to go higher and then it goes higher! So you cover and lose money and wait a bit. You do it again and it continues to go higher and you lose more money. It's been doing this for days now. You tell yourself: 'it's got to top out soon' - and that may or may not happen when you think it will! If only you'd recognised a time to go long - the recent low of 17 - you'd have had had 2 bites at making over 50% profit! Longs can hold as long as they like, even if the share price goes down. Shorts can't. It costs to hold a losing short and margin starts to disappear and you get that call from the man telling you to close or he'll do it for you. Oh the shame, the fear. Why is it going up? Any long can tell you that! | forwood
02/1/2024 12:06 | Cor blimey, guv! That Frank Spencer guy has decreased his direct holding of shares in Pantheon since September. And increased his indirect holding through financial instruments. Ask yourself why? Why if the future is so certain? Why would someone decrease his direct holding and then protect it with financial instruments? I think a cash raise is coming and the best way to protect yourself is to decrease your (direct) holding. Follow the smart money. The mug punter might be about to get (painfully) stung, perhaps more than once. Be careful. | helpfull
02/1/2024 12:02 | As we start 2024, it is obvious that Helpfull intends to remain the laughing stock of this thread. | mike290
02/1/2024 11:39 | Keep posting you liar it's doing wonders for the sp | coeun
02/1/2024 11:36 | Cor blimey, guv! "More nonsense from the dishonest founder of this thread" Dishonest? Just because you write it doesn't mean it is true. 2,000-3,000 is the figure put forward by the BOD. Along with a 15-20 year plan. 200 wells a year is laughable and anyone gullible enough to believe it deserves to lose more money here. Titillation is the name of the game for the mug punter. There is a need to get the share price up for the inevitable cash raise. I've got an inkling it will be before March. And that is not the cash raise connected to the $120 million that is needed. There will be no offtaker finance or RBL, no farm in. Just the pocket of the mug punter. Be careful. | helpfull
02/1/2024 11:29 | Any plausible answer would involve good news on the horizon and they don't do good news. | mlf51
02/1/2024 11:24 | Can anyone tell me why buyers are paying over the offer price? Perhaps one of the resident trolls? | michaelsadvfn
02/1/2024 11:21 | Newcomers to this thread, Here's another reminder... You will see that this thread was created by Helpfull. Since its creation, Helpfull and his or her colleagues have relentlessly sought to damage Pantheon's prospects through deceit. Don't forget, if you're tiring of Helpfull's deceitful tripe, sensible discussion of Pantheon's prospects still takes place within the Guild. Here is a link to the Pantheon Guild. | mike290
02/1/2024 11:15 | Helpful 13385 More nonsense from the dishonest founder of this thread Do you know investors can just listen to a webinar, to be able to dismiss your fearmongering over drill out timelines. PANR will not be limited to a single rig, the number will scale up to the need FYI transcript 54:20 D Hobbs Jay how many Wells do you reckon each rig could probably drill per year Jay Well I think we could get between 15 at a minimum David, yeah my guess once we get into manufacturing process, maybe 20 D Hobbs And that with five rigs, that's 100 Wells a year we're talking about. You know a program of drilling out over 10 to 20 years, depending on how many wells we actually require. And right now it looks like. for the combination of Ahpun and Kodiak. you could require a couple of thousand Wells. But obviously as we move to better reservoir more connectivity, the number of wells you may require, as you move further West is reduced. So we're thinking in terms of a 10 to 15 year drill out of the full field, which is consistent with many fields in in this part of the world | olderwiser2
02/1/2024 11:11 | Yes, follow the money. Spencer started out with nothing and made his billion investing in undervalued stocks. Trolls, on the other hand, sit there trashing his stocks for the minimum wage. lmfao. | michaelsadvfn
02/1/2024 10:54 | 'Spencer increased interest, but what would he know?' Significantly more than the average punter. 44.244m is more then 6% of the company, a very large holding, and the company will talk to very large shareholders. True, they won't be told stuff that isn't available to other shareholders through RNS but they are likely to be given context. Directors will invest time in developing relationships with such shareholders. It's clear that billionaire Sir Michael is a trusted long-term shareholder and has helped the company to meet its convertible bond commitments through cash payments, currently through a pending 3rd quarterly payment. I think it is worth taking note of Sir Michael's support, and the fact that it has increased signficantly since David Hobbs appointment as Executive Chairman. | forwood
02/1/2024 10:52 | Michael - Pro has disappeared since he got a battering on PRD, HE1, TXP and JOG. But whilst he was lying about PANR that has gone the opposite way. He is prob on a street corner selling the Big Issue | padamster
02/1/2024 10:48 | Almost forgot....HNY Pro_S2009, here's hoping for another profitable year for us all lol BTW, why have you disappeared, not seen since 14 December last year.? | michaelsadvfn
02/1/2024 10:30 | Keep posting your lies helpful, I don't have to unfilter you and your cohorts to know it's lies and misinformed. You post drivel daily and yet lo and behold the share price keeps rising?Won't be long before you're sacked. There's only so much poor performance that your superiors will tolerate. IGNORE HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES. MISINFORMATION AND LIES ARE ALL THEY POST FOR INFORMED DISCUSSIONS SEEK OUT DISCORD AND THE GUILD. | coeun
02/1/2024 10:28 | More lies & misinformation from Helpful. Getting close to Pro_S2009 esteemed reputation now. What an achievement... Lol ;-))))))) | chris0805 |
