Nope, things change. Clear there is not a big cash raise on the horizon though.

Does anyone feel a bit let down by DH doing the issue? As he's said he had it covered now he's gone back on his word.

Apart from the predeliction for photos of overweight naked women of dubious character, I preferred your more inventive incarnation as Boochy Gongles. As a name, Seedoftongo doesn't have the same ring to it and your posts are, sorry to say, comparatively just a bit boring. Odd that! Does the persona completely change wih the name?

Correction to my message yesterday.
I had said I was happy to be corrected if my calcs were not correct and they were not as they didn’t take into account the usd/sterling conversion.

Dear Mike290 ,

I am not sure if you will get this as the filter you use doesn’t seem to work very well.
I liken the filter you use to a nosey neighbour peeking through some net curtains.
Sometimes the cotton gets in the way at just the wrong moment , other times you see clearly .
Anyway , the ego you have is what makes you ( supposedly ) un filter me .
You really worry what others may be saying about you .
This is down to a lack of confidence somewhere in one’s life ….
I am yet to work this out but one day I think I will find out .

Now it’s quite funny that the guy using multiple bold text colours calls someone else out for attention seeking …

All talk you are Blue text Mickey .

Take down the drunken bum post if you don’t like it …..

That applies to the rest of pro's army also ( only 2 left now), not long before they are all dishonourably discharged.

Saddotongo,
Who are you referring to in your 500 PlusOne Coins post (no. 14863) above?

Just because you are obsessed with someone, it doesn't mean that others know who you are referring to ;-)

Helpful
The chairman has said on many occasions not to expect vendor and or off take funding updates until sometime around the end of q1,but even then don’t expect to hear any any conclusion till the end of q2.
Even if funding is successful, there is therefore the period between now and then that various costs have to be paid.Clearly those costs cannot be paid against any current funding possibilities and therefore have to be paid from remaining cash on the books or in the case of the CB by selling equity.
As a shareholder,I personally am please by todays RNS..the CB was approx 2.74m usd incl interest paid against issuing 8820315 shares which equals approx 31.1 pence per share and a dilution therefore of less than one percent.
I am happy to be corrected if any of the above is wrong.
I like everyone else has no idea what the future will bring, but I guess those who hope that funding has some chance of levels of success and or that the Netherland and Sewell report brings positive news and or if the hickory well(88e)provides news that may benefit panr, those people may see the share price extend further..if any or all of those things occur and the
SP rises and panr elect to continue to pay the CB using equity, then the rate of dilution will be even less.

Cor blimey, guv!

Does that mean all the new shares are going to be sold at a discount?

There is another three years of 11 million+ loose shares to be issued and sold on every 3 months.

On top of cash raise shares in the $120 million cash raise(s).

Be careful.

Pay attention helpless: The terms of the bond repayment are set out by RNS dated 7/12/2021.

A little research would have established that the bondholder is awarded the shares, as was the case in most of the repayments to date, the exception being when the bondholder was paid in cash, following a couple of small cash raises for that purpose.

Given the poor quality of your research and general understanding of the company, perhaps I shouldn't be surprised you weren't aware of this.
