Newcomers to this thread,

Helpfull has dropped hid or her recent repeated (perhaps over 100 times) assertions that Pantheon's share price was going to 10p very soon.

It's a good job that I've never taken heed of anything from Helpfull :-)

Cor blimey, guv!

Time for the traders to take their profits.

free stock charts from uk.advfn.com

The share price is bumping up against the upper Bollinger Band.

Expect a fall, in time, to the lower band at about 23p.

The cash raise(s) has to come eventually.

The bond debt/interest is paid next week and the depletion of cash will focus minds.

Weren't you expecting to wake up to funding news by now?

Be careful.

Profit takers / shorts having a go. When will they learn? It's not been a good time for shorts as completely unexpected news propels the share price up. We are in the month the Chairman said we would get news on funding. It's not a good idea to 2nd guess this Chairman!

Anyone selling out now will be hard pressed to get back in at these levels, and we've already had a 2nd push above 30. Looking at the chart, I reckon we are poised for a steady run into the range 40-50.

This just published on the guild:

The impetus for this latest push is something that may or may not happen in the future. It's a good story but the real news here is that we are massively undervalued. We all know that we 'should' be a lot higher. News on funding could come any day now and if we were to receive that from a higher base, we would push even higher.

The daily chart is by no means stretched. MACD has just turned up. While stochastics have touched a high, that can extend for several periods before the other two indicators signal overbought. It could easily put on another 25 - 50% from here. The weekly and monthly chart are also looking good - especially the monthly.

There is very little resistance here. The recent high at 37 was a one-off, technically weak. The next, at 40.6 similarly a one-off. You have to go back a long way to see 3 touches at 46 between oct 20 and apr 21. Those were the heady days when Lee Keeling confirmed a Prospective Resource of 302 Million Barrels of Recoverable Oil for the SMD horizon at Talitha! We are now at 2.2bn barrels, and talking about selling gas worth over $4bn in Kodiak alone (4465 bcf certified by NSAJ @$1/MMbtu is $4.465 billion).

I'm liking this! I suspect that credibility in the US is finally on the rise. If they start to believe, the share price could go a long way in a hurry!

@flight, thanks for all your work on this. it looks as though you've put alot into this and I am looking forward to (hopefully) seeing this come to fruition. Indeed FEED and the need for funding for that need to be locked down quickly, reasonable to assume we might get something on this in Q2/early Q3

Excerpt from Page 21 of this presentation (House Finance DCCED Subcommittee February 26, 2024)

"
• Securing North Slope Gas Sales Agreements remains a critical path item for both the Phase 1 Pipeline and the full Alaska LNG Project
• Negotiations of individual gas supply agreements have had varying degree of progress by producer
• Not all producers have offered AGDC a price to sell gas from each of their fields
• Difficult to raise private investment without price offers from the producers of Alaska’s stranded natural gas resource
"

That last bullet point suggests Alaska Gas Line Corp may find it easier to raise private investment if they can incorporate an offtake agreement with a company which has a large surplus of gas, which conveniently happens to sit directly under the proposed route for the pipeline.

Potential investors might see the sense in financing an appraisal well or two to prove the potential supply is a viable source before the pipeline reaches FID.

So much stock wanted !!! Just tried a dummy sell to see the depth of the market and You can sell over 1,650,000 in one hit …. I have only seen this depth a few times and they have been followed by large uplifts in the share price and also have been precursors of news.(not going to mention who might want to buy that many from me lol)

I’m loaded and ready…. Are you ? Possibly the last EVER 30p stock available !

Doesn't the share price normally decline ahead of any cash raise Helpless?

Why is it rising then?

Jessie

Many thanks. Do keep us lesser mortals informed. Pantheon is shaping up to be a multi billion company which will attract buyers. Let`s hope that the funding goes well. This news should help.

I think PANR would have known that the AGDC were presenting to the finance subcommittee. The fact it is now confirmed it’s PANR’s gas that is pipeline quality worthy <3% Co2 (as they are talking to consumers), we can further posit it is indeed PANR’s gas that has caused the AGDC to move to AlaskaLNG plan B. (Which was my speculation after watching the video of the meeting) Here’s the [FIS] report link: In view of yesterday’s holding RNS, we can now assume PANR have been at the top table working with the State all along.

I’ve thought about the timing of that public presentation which is now just 2 weeks before the industry gathers at Ceraweek held in Houston , (hxxps://ceraweek.com/index.html ) which is THE place for the AGDC to take multiple meetings and/or announce headline grabbing news. It’s a huge moment for Alaska, read that last sentence again, slowly, a-huge-moment-for-Alaska and PANR are a big piece of this solution for economic prosperity for the state. Not only does it solve domestic gas shortages for utilities but allows Industry to restart its engines. New mines (12 Bcf/yr), Mothballed Fertiliser plants (53 Bcf/yr) with combined total In-State demand approaching 145 Bcf/yr (prob outdated figures).

I’m thinking there could be a State announcement at Ceraweek. If I’m wrong on that and all the ducks are not aligned then the presentation to the Finance Subcommittee on the 26th Feb may not have presented to the legislature the plan B at this stage. (IMO)

Does that make sense to you?

The AGDC are talking about instruction of FEED from July 2024 which is very soon. So if that’s the position from the AGDC perspective, I believe they would have terms of agreement in place with PANR on indicative sale volumes and price ranges to work through economics inline with PANR’s production model and schedule.

I think it must have been expected that journalists would write up the meeting and put it into the public domain. I was sent an article and looked up the meeting as a result.

The market is beginning to join the dots.

What we don’t know is if the gas pipeline piece is linked to the funding news or if that’s separate or multiple events, the first of which is promised before end of Q1. If that’s not a buying opportunity, with a market cap of £267 ($335), 2b barrels recoverable and so far 4,482 Bcf of gas, I don’t know what is.

All the best
