Cor Blimey ones - I wouldn't want to be short this over the w/e!

Just in case the Chairman announces one or more deals with drilling suppliers prepared to fund $150m of planned drills in return for deferred revenue from sales.

During the AGM webinar presentation, he said the first deal would be announced during the first quarter, and 3 times went on to say that there would be news by the end of the 1st quarter.

This was the first statement:

'we told you that we would anticipate having the first substantive announcement around the non-equity based funding during the first quarter. We are still on track for that. We told you that we anticipate by the middle of the year having the full suite of funding laid out for you and we're still on track for that. We're at a stage in discussions where I'm not sure it's going to help us in terms of our counterparties to start talking about anything else, so you should expect that we're going to be quiet around noise on that over the course of the next couple of months, getting to that point when, by the end of the first quarter we're able to share with you more substantive news. But what I can tell you is that our strategy is going to be that: Rule 1, you never go bust because you had too much cash and Rule 2, you can always get cash when you don't need it, and it's hard to get it when you do need it, so we're going to be using those two rules as a watchword. We will fund this conservatively, we will make sure that we are always going forward over capitalized against foreseeable needs for capital and that will be our guiding principle, along the way. '

Newcomers to this thread,

As Helpfull believes that Brevarthan Research's most recent note ("Research" - I know it's ridiculous to call it that) was accurate and that Mangrove knows what it's doing in relation to shorting Pantheon's shares for the second time too, this simply confirms that he or she has no clue about Pantheon as an investment.

Actually Olderwiser2 wrote a further analysis of Brevarthan's note which further trashed its content.
I will copy his further analysis, from the Guild (with permission), later this afternoon or over the weekend.

In fact, why bother with this thread at all?

Here is a link to the Pantheon Guild where all of the most informed Pantheon shareholders such a Scot126, Olderwiser2, JesseDuke2, Forwood, Swendab1, etc write:

The only reason I keep posting here is to warn newcomers of Helpfull's relentlessly deceitful activities on this thread.
Long-term investors in Pantheon are already completely aware of Helpfull's deceitful activities.
In fact, of the shareholders that I've met (after AGMs), most have him or her on "filter" and therefore don't even see this thread now.

Re: Mangrove - Have they been right so far?

My understanding is that Mangrove made money on its first set of shorts.
However, upon going back in to short Pantheon again, it has lost money on its second set of shorts?
In fact, it is looking particularly bad for them now :-)

So, does Mangrove know what it's doing in relation to Pantheon?
It seems not.

Cor blimey, guv!

Can someone close that door?

Not as easy as closing a short.

What are Mangrove playing at?

Tell me again.

Are they making too much money or losing too much money?

Is there anybody who knows?

Perhaps they expect to make more money if the vendor placing doesn't arrive.

They don't know everything.

But they have been right so far.

Be careful.

Another interesting refutation of any gas pipeline in Alaska.

The mug punter needs to ask why management had the need to make comment?

Are they trying to keep the naive hooked until they are needed for the next cash raise(s)?

I'll put it in the header where you can find the link to the illuminating Brevarthan Research also.

Be careful.

Helpful.
You made reference to majors not being interested in NGLs yesterday but as was pointed out to you, according to Shell,s own website,NGLs is a significant part of their production.
Today you reference the lack of news on funding.I suggest you listen to the last webinar where the chairman states on several occasions that we should not expect news until end of March.

When people text in capitals it’s a sign of anger / frustration. Perhaps the share rises are getting to these trolls. Happier days and happy Friday everyone 😊

Another day without funding news.

Another week without funding news.

Shouldn't you have woken up to vendor financing by now?

Expect the usual route in the cash raise(s).

The mug punter.

Be careful.
